64. CONCLUSION
1. INTRODUCTION
As our country is
being one of the ancient civilisation with more than few thousands of years rich
cultures, traditions and existence of various religions believes; our country being
a secular country from ages with religious tolerance for ages; since our
ancestors believed in the truth that religion plays a key & vital role in
shaping the Individuals and families and the country; Religion unites and guides its followers, also religion
teaches noble thoughts and establishes a code of conduct, it induces values,
morals, responsibility and belief in self to achieve what is legitimate; thus enables
to contribute the best for them self, their family and the society and the
country; as our country have several religions, as per the 2001 population
statistics 80.5% are Hindus, 13.4% are
Muslims, 2.3% are Christians, 1.9% are Sikhs, 0.8% are Buddhists, 0.4% are
Jains and 0.6% others, every religion having its own customs, but what is missing
in the present religious set up is the humanity, equality and the real essence
of religion; Also the total number of worship places like Temples, Mosques,
Churches, Gurudwara’s etc totalling more than 6 lacks as almost every
villages/ward in the country has at least one or more of the worship place
(over 6.3 lakh villages, and 5000 towns, cities) which are basically the places
of spiritual energy, places of infusing confidence & civilisation; most of the religions are
advocating religion for the purpose of religion and for the purpose of show of
strength, but unfortunately most of the rituals are mechanised and in majority
of the cases performed for the sake of performance and without any real
commitment in it, certainly making the mockery of the traditions and customs; also
the most of the religious institutions/ worship places virtually riding on the
sentiments and en cashing the peoples weakness towards religion in many ways
especially during the festivals & in the name of auspiciousness. Hence
there is an urgent need for correction in the system by bringing absolute
transparency in the system of religious governance ensuring equal treatment for
all sections in the society without any discrimination & bias towards
caste, sect or income group and also through proper training for the priests
setting standards and making proportionate representation for regions, castes
& sects in religious institutions/trust, proper propaganda of the morals in
the religion to the people who believes that religion and to behave responsibly
through for maintaining communal harmony.
2. NEED FOR SETTING
STANDARDS FOR RELIGIOUS PROPAGANDA
2.1.
As we all knew that religion plays a crucial role in
the human development, our country being a secular society with religious tolerance
from ages aimed at maintenance of communal harmony for better society; but due
to some vested interests of section of the society the propaganda of religion
become a multi utility tool starting from money spinning activity and using
religious sentiments for various gains by the vested interests; in these
circumstances the balance of communal harmony is being disturbed mainly due to
propaganda of religion in such a manner that only that particular religion is
great and other religions are of no use; and also infusing fundamentalism in
the peoples mindset; as such government must make it mandatory to set up a high
level committees in the state and centre of different religions and make them
to frame & follow the guidelines which do not degrade or demoralize other religions
and also stringent action apart from expelling those who violate the religious
high body decisions barring such individuals from propaganda of the religious
beliefs by any mode of medium during his life time, isolating from the public;
the religious high bodies at the state and centre should frame the guidelines
in accordance to the constitution of India, maintaining absolute balance &
secularism.
3. NEED FOR
STANDARDIZATION OF RELIGIOUS EDUCATION
3.1.
In
order to standardize the religious propaganda the government must ensure the
religious education institutions should be standardized for quality religious
education; as such the high power religious committees at the state and centre
should design the curriculum and method of teachings for the children in a
uniform way for every religion (as per the sects also) in every religious
education centres to ensure standards are maintained in every religion as per
their religious master books.
4. NEED MAKING MINIMUM
RELIGIOUS TRAINING FOR ALL PRIESTS IN ALL RELIGIONS TO PERFORM PRIESTLY-NESS
4.1.
Since
priests play a crucial role in the infusion of and also upholding of religious
beliefs of the people it is more ideal appropriate that all people who wish to
perform the duty of a priest in any religion should undergo a standard training
as per the respective religion (all priests should possess minimum required
religious knowledge to act as a priest); must undergo a test to show their
ability to perform as a priest both in writing and practical verbal form
recoded under camera to ensure only perfectly trained priests are deployed in
various religious institutions and places for conducting duty to perform as a
religious priest (in all religions) ; this measure is necessary that many
people visit the religious places for getting the blessings of the almighty believing
that priest is the intermediary between them and the almighty; then the untrained
or half knowledge or mediocre persons performing as priests and blessing the
mass people is nothing but cheating the people in the name of religion and
denting their belief; as such all the religious organisations and head units in
every state should certainly focus on this issue and government must ensure
that peoples believes are protected at all times.
5. NEED FOR TRAINING
OF PRIESTS ON HUMAN VALUES, BETTER LIVING HABITS AND NATIONAL INTEGRITY; TO
PROPAGANDA TO PEOPLE
5.1.
It
is fact that majority of the people are influenced by the priests irrespective
of their social status or income group; as they believe that the words of
priest are the words of almighty and for the real betterment of the people; but
un fortunately majority of the priests irrespective of religious become corrupt
and are using the beliefs of the people as their opportunity for en-cashing and making money by scarring them
or wrongly advising them even though they know that it is wrong but the lust
towards the money & wealth driving these priestly class to act in this un
ethical manner ignoring the respect the profession commands and damaging the
profession as a whole; in these circumstances the government must ensure that all the priests must be
trained perfectly about their role, duties and limitations and also issue
priestly identification cards and letter pads; in case the priests should
convey any remedies to the people should be through the priestly letter pad
issues by the government (like doctor writes) with the suggested remedy; all the remedies for
various issues should be uniform throughout the country for any particular
issue and acceptable to the religious practise by the high power religious
committees in their books (like religious remedies for various issues similar
to the medicine books for suitable medicine for various health issues); also government should
provide grading for the priests based on their religious studies and making
them charge the fee/salary as per their study, knowledge and experience; also
all those priests performing the independent consultancy; all the priests
providing the religious remedies should be mandatorily through the government
issued letter pad and the priests should mandatorily do the thumb impression
(irrespective of their education) on the prescription; the people are at the
liberty to approach the priestly ombudsman for the non relief of the issues on
performing the religious acts as per the directions of the priest (as people spend
their hard earned money on the rituals- priests cannot advise if he is not sure
of the success of remedy as many people in general approach the priests for
issues like financial crunch or for health improvement or for marriage or child
birth or for the job- as such only non financial remedies or bare minimum
financial burden like less than Rs 60 per month in urban areas and less than Rs
30 in the rural areas for overall costs
for performing the rituals either in worship place or at home should be allowed
to communicate without any prescription); also the priests are subjected to
severe action of cancellation of the registration of priestly-ness and
prohibiting them to practice as priest in case of wrong advise other than the
religious books allowed or for advising irrational remedy for tarnishing the
belief and image and respect of the people towards priests.
6. NEED FOR MAKING
TRANSPARENCY IN THE RELIGIOUS FUNDS; NEED FOR STREAMLINING THE PUBLIC SCRUTINY
OF THE RELIGIOUS FUNDS SPENDING BY RELIGIOUS TRUSTS BY MAKING THE EXPENDITURE
ON THE PUBLIC DOMAIN
6.1.
Since
majority of the religious institutions and worshipping places are run by the
charitable trusts (public trusts, private trusts) which are managed by a few
select individuals; and they are collecting the money from the public in one or
the other manner like the donations, the sale of tickets etc; of course money
is required for running the places of worship for the electricity, drinking
water, the consumables for the rituals, the salaries for the priests and
helping staff etc and all other administrative expenses; it is a fact that majority
of the trusts are managed by the local elite mostly upper echelons of the
society or the elite having strong political backing, the funds are being utilised as per their
will, wish, whims & fancies without any proper accountability for the
people and also sometimes without any need for such development activities just
for the sake of personal earning even out of the funds offered by the people;
in fact the politics in the temple trusts are must worst than the national
politics of registered political parties; and these few select local elite
feels that they are the high command and their decision is supreme and cannot
be questioned by any one, needs, enjoys special treatment (like erstwhile kings
who are the full donors for the welfare of the religious institutions); and
they expect they can mange with their money power and muscle power in case if
any of the devotees try to rise the questions over any irregularities; this is
a common default syndrome in majority of the religious trusts cutting across
the religions; as such in order to protect the beliefs of the people towards
the religion and to protect the hard earned money donated/spent on the
religious act should be utilised in the larger interest of the welfare of the
community and common good the government must make it mandatory that all the
religious trusts and worship places need to be registered with the mandal and
district religious regulation authorities (government must constitute in every
mandal, district and state all religious administration authorities with
various divisions as per the religion and also based on the number of visitors
per year)
6.2.
Also
all religious institutions/ worship places need to maintain the records of
income and expenditure in a standard uniform format and submit the same every
month to the authorities and the authorities should keep the income and
expenditure on the web site of each and every religious worship place; also the
same income and expenditure statements should be displayed in the worship place
and printed statements kept at the worship place and also the same statements
should be circulated to all the gram panchayats/ward and mandal perished / block
members for information; also the plan for the expenditure (for the next
quarter / half year/ year) should be kept before the gram panchayat/ ward and
also in case of the worship places are of district / state / national importance
and all funds received and donations should kept on the web and seek peoples
approval within a specific time period with the approval or their suggestions
etc; also for all the future plan of expansion of the worship place should be
through the approval of majority of the devotees locally for all worship places
whose income earning through all sources is less than Rs 1 lack per month with only
and only if the expenditure plan is acceptable to ¾ of the people then only the
expenditure should be made (all these planned expenditures are other then the
basic expenditure for normal running of the worship place; for all other
worship places (greater than Rs 1 lack) should have approval of the donors as
well as people locally in a stipulated time period by intimating them about the
proposed activity and obtaining their approval; also the trust boards should be
authorised only to ensure smooth function of the religious institution/ worship
place, they are not authorised to use the public donations according their will
& wish; also it should be more appropriate and ideal that these trust board
members should be elected among the people as per the proportionate to their
castes, sects with a provision only two additional members should be nominated
by government one from the sitting government official and one non political
person be an artist or literate etc which will give balance in the
administration and also the funds are utilised appropriately; also the
government must make it mandatory that 80
% of the fund collected through various sources should be deposited in the
government religious fund; government will provide first priority for better
facility creation for basic amenities like greenery development with medicinal
plants, floriculture, water, sanitation, solar powered or alternative energy
powered kitchens etc; this method will bring more transparency in the system
and more better utilisation of the funds in the larger interest of religion and
people.
7. NEED FOR FIXING
MINIMUM SALARY FOR ALL THE PRIESTS; PROVIDING SHELTER EITHER AT FREE OF COST OR
AT CONCESSIONAL RATE; PROVIDING GROCERIES AT CONCESSIONAL RATE THROUGH THE PDS
7.1.
It
is a fact the majority of the people who are performing the priestly-ness as a
hereditary or to carry the legacy of the family are certainly leading their family in miserable conditions
(especially in rural areas are undergoing more pathetic conditions and they
them self’s, their family especially children are mal nutritional/under
nutritional and surviving with limited food in insufficient quantities almost as
in the case of BPL families but only difference is the BPL families are exhibited out/ got exposed without any
hesitation about their condition and these priestly sections maintains them
self in appearance to ensure public will not treat them as BPL to command the social respect suffering everyday
themselves and suffering their children) as there are no rules in existence for
fixing the minimum salary for the priests, the salary for the priests depends
up on the income of the worship place
and also at the will and wish of the elite trust members; as such
government must ensure that the salaries are fixed for the priests according to
the area i.e rural, semi urban and urban and also make it mandatory that
whether the worship places are run by government or private should mandatorily
have to pay the minimum specified salary
through bankers cheque; in addition all the priests should be provided
with a appropriate suitable shelter for their family (single room set for bachelors
or double room set for family) to live preferably in the vicinity of the
worship place or in a walk able distance to the place of worship; also
government must ensure that all the priests who gets low income should be
eligible for receiving the PDS supply; in addition government must provide 2%
reservation for the children of priestly in all educational institutions and
allowing all the priestly children free entry in the welfare hostels meant for
the SC, ST & OBC (this will not only help the children of the priests to
have better nutritious foods and good education but also it brings the required
social change- as it is a fact that still there exits a caste
discrimination/lower view for the downtrodden especially the dalits in majority
of the villages un doubtedly in a veiled manner in majority places in some
places very openly); Also the minimum salary is necessary since it is very
disturbing fact that majority of the priests are not getting matches for
marriages as many girls are not willing to marry these priestly young men
because of lack of fixed income and security for their profession; as such
government must make it mandatory that priestly profession should be paid the
salary according to their ability in the religious education; on implementing the
above measures the priests will work with more dedication in bringing the
desired change in the mind set of the people and the desired social change.
8. NEED FOR COMPLETE
BAN ON ACCEPTANCE OF PLATE COLLECTION/ COLLECTION BY INDIVIDUAL PRIESTS (BECAUSE
IT IS NOTHING BUT BRIBE) FOR PERFORMING THE PRAYERS/RITUALS
8.1.
Since
the priestly class has made the plate collection i.e the acceptance of offering
of money to the priests in the “artai plate” as a custom it is nothing but
expecting bribery and in fact it really spoils the sanctity of the place of
worship and also the mindset of the priestly class as well as the devotees as
many devotees are either middle class or
low income group or BPL families and majority of them visit the temple to
experience the spiritual energy; but unfortunately due to the system of arati plate offering un doubtly majority of priests are showing special treatment for
the people who offer the good money in the arti plate; un fortunately the
maximum people who offer the good money at the arti plate are certainly people
with excess money mostly not earned legitimately; only a few people put the arti
money with hard earned money as they are really magnanimous; but majority who
offer good moneys are of corrupt money leading these priestly class to expect
that others also will do the same and certainly it hurts the common devotees
who visits the worship place with great hope and get spiritual energy; but
these corrupt priests soiling their wishes by showing discrimination; as such
in order to protect the sanctity of the spiritual worship places government
must make it mandatory to complete ban
of the atri plate collection; ensure arti is given by using such a article that
it should have only long handle and the arti burning little bowl attached so
that the question of arti plate dose not arise and make it mandatory that no
separate late collection in both government run and private worship places;
also there should one collection box adjacent to the hundi for providing
provision for all devotees who wish to pay personally for the priests should be
allowed to deposit their offerings and
at the end of the month the entire collection of such collection box
should be shared among the priests appropriately; this method will certainly
eliminate the dissatisfaction among the priests also, as majority of the
worship places has different deities and each deity has one or two priests and people visit some
deity and offer more and some deities just they have darshan without any
offerings and this is leading to dissatisfaction among the priests that they
want on that particular days to be placed in that particular temple /deity,
they are unable to perform with the internal dissatisfaction as other person is
earning more also this leads to the temple politics; certainly this will reduce
the spirituality in the holy worship place; as such in the larger interest of
protection of sanctity of the religious spiritualism as well as saving the
system of religion from corruption / bribery and also to ensure satisfaction
for the service among the priests and enabling them to serve the lord and the
people with more dedication and also ensure all the devotees will get equal
treatment in the place of worship for more satisfaction and mental peace; also
government must make the law in such a manner that all the temples should be
under the CC camera surveillance and any individual either offering to the
priest directly or the priest demanding or accepting the money should be
treated as bribe and corruption act and without any witness should be
imprisoned for at least one week; as the god and the camera is the biggest
witness; when in the courts the Hon’ble Judges asks for oath on the Holy Bagwat
Geeta or Holy Bible or Holy Kuran; then bribery in front of the God /Deity in the
holy spiritual place does not require any arguments need them to show the CC
footage to the Hon’ble Judges and Judges should straight way convict them; this
will be the starting point of pruning of the corruption system in India.
Similar principle should be applied to all other religious worship places.
9. NEED FOR HEALTH
CARE FOR ALL THE PRIESTS FAMILY; NEED FOR BETTER, HEALTHY PHYSICAL APPEARANCE
OF PRIESTS AND SET EXAMPLE FOR OTHERS TO FOLLOW
9.1.
As
discussed in the above majority of the priests and priests family members are
suffering from mal nutritional or under nutritional issues leading them to many
health disorders; when they do not possess the money to have basic nutritional
food for their family expecting them to spend on the health care is very un
fortunate; in fact these priests are and also can be used as agents of change
by making them as examples of healthy persons; for this government must
mandatorily issue free heath cards for the priestly families whose income is
minimal, the facilities should cover all health care risks for themselves as
well as their family members; in addition government must train these priests
in the minimum social needs like how to lead a healthy life by adopting simple
techniques like hand wash, proper brush, proper bath after hard labour,
conserve water, how to cook nutritious food, the food having nutritional values,
first aid in case of any emergency at the home before any medical attendant
arrives etc and advice them to propaganda during their ideal time or have a special
secession in every place of worship for at least 15 minutes daily on these
topics which were designed and circulated/supplied by the government for
propaganda (strictly not the government welfare schemes propaganda as
governments may stay for short lived and making these places of change,
politicisation is nothing but criminal act?); also government must train these
priestly persons with the yoga and ask them to conduct the yoga classes once in
month for 10 days every month for people seeking yoga and also daily yoga to
ensure others are followed and many get inspired to follow; also the government
must make it mandatory that each priest should compulsorily maintain the body
fitness like the police or armed forces person and appear to the public with full
fitness (certainly not showing the muscles and biceps but without belly and
having presentable healthy appearance and face with uniform hair & beard);
also the government can make it mandatory that all the priests conduct the once
in week the religious traditional music and art (traditional religious dances)
as was in the religious books for ensuring the safe guard the religious songs
and dances and also the customs and traditions of the local traditional dances (must
complete ban of the dances and songs of the cinema and moves and recoded
playing; only live traditional musical instruments and live traditional
singing/dancing should be permitted strictly); also the same should be
maintained in all the temporary pandals during various festivals and religious
ceremonies and strictly banning the cinema music and cinema dances during these
religious festival celebrations and violating this should lead to stringent
punishment for the trust board members and the organizers and the participants
in those events to protect the traditions and customs; also it should be made
mandatory that all the places of worship are under the CC Camera
surveillance if the visitors are more
than 100 numbers in any day for both permanent worship places and temporary
pandals to ensure strict implementation of the guidelines issued by the
religious head quarters and the government in the larger interest of the people
of the religion and the country .
10. NEED FOR REGULAR
CHECKS FOR THE PRIESTS FOR PRACTICING THE RELIGIOUS BELIEFS; SURPRISE CHECKS BY
THE RELIGIOUS HEADS FOR ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION, EATING OF NON VEGETARIAN,
BIGAMY, AS CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL IS
PROHIBITED IN SOME RELIGIONS, CONSUMPTION OF NON VEGETARIAN IS PROHIBITED IN
SOME RELIGIONS AND BIGAMY IS PROHIBITED IN SOME RELIGIOUS AND THE PRIESTS
SHOULD BE ABOVE THESE WISES TO DO THE PRIESTLY-NESS, MANDATORY BLOOD SAMPLE
CHECKS FOR THE PRIESTS ONCE IN EVERY SIX MONTHS TO PROTECT THE SENTIMENTS AND
BELIEFS OF THE PEOPLE WHO CONSIDER PRIESTS AS NEXT TO GOD
10.1.
As
discussed earlier majority of the priestly people in the country are striving
for basic existence to lead the normal life but in some places the priestly
sections are enjoying with excess of money mostly earned through the corrupt
practises and demoralising the religious values and sentiments; most of these
corrupt practice priestly people cutting across the religions are indulging in
wrongful acts which are prohibited by terming as sinful acts as per their
respective religions; (in fact many people feel that in some places some
section of priestly people in some worship places act like organised
mafias/criminals and many people feel that if individuals were out of that holy
places at least with garments what they are wearied then they feel that they
are fortunate/lucky, as the so called un
holy priestly mafias in the name of the religion & rituals scarring the
devotees psychologically taking for granted the innocence & generosity of
the devotes by indicating that if you don’t perform this ritual that is bad
going to happen-this is bad going to happen etc etc all negative things wrongly
for getting whatever the devotees possesses with them cash, jewellery and
including new clothes); majority of such priests are indulged in un holy acts which were prohibited by the
religious laws (cutting across religions) ; as such government must make it
mandatory that those priests who violate the rules of the religion are unfit to
practice as the priest; as such government must ensure that regular checkups
are made government scientifically by the members of religious head quarters at
ever mandal and district to ensure the sanctity of the priests and the
premises; these checks should include the check for consumption of tobacco
products like beedi, cigarette, gutcka, ganja and other narcotic products,
alcohol consumption, non vegetarian consumption; debature /prostitution etc as
people with these wises are un fit to act as a holy priest as people has a
belief that priests are next to god and the trust and faith of the people in
the religion cannot be tarnished due to the sinful acts of some section of
corrupt sinful priests. All violators should immediately debarred from acting
as a priestly profession with complete life time ban on acting as priest for
tarnishing the image of the priestly-ness and also to protect the respect and
belief towards the profession as well as that religion in the public; all these
tests should be conducted under the camera and tested at the government
hospital laboratories samples collected in presence or heads/representatives of
religious heads in that region or village elders; also imposing rigorous
imprisonment for cheating people, ensuring more responsible behaviour by the
priests.
11. NEED FOR FORMATION
OF RELIGIOUS OMBUDSMAN SYSTEM FOR MONITORING FUNCTIONING OF RELIGIOUS
ORGANISATIONS AND PLACES OF WORSHIP OF VARIOUS RELIGIONS FROM MANDAL TO
NATIONAL LEVEL
11.1.
Since
the subject of religion is very special and unique of its own and a specialised
subject having their own customs and traditions to monitor the functioning of the
religious institutions and the places of worship which are agents of change in
the society need to be monitored strictly for the proper function of these
institutions in accordance to the rules stipulated in the religious laws for
ensuring the beliefs of the people are protected and are intact and also
protecting the people from getting cheated for the corrupt practices of some
individuals in these institutions bringing a bad remark on the religion as a
whole; in order to ensure perfect functioning by fault finding and punishing
the culprits for restoration of confidence in the people towards religion and
traditions.
12. NEED FOR SUPPLY OF
MINIMUM REQUIRED MATERIAL BY THE GOVERNMENT FOR PERFORMING DAILY RITUALS IN THE PLACES OF WORSHIP BY THE PRIESTS
12.1.
Since
majority of the worship places irrespective of religions lack minimum
maintenance of the worship places for performing the daily rituals; as such
government must provide the minimum required materials in kind to these places
of worship should be supplied through the Gram Panchayat; in addition
government must attach these worship places administration to nearby bigger
worship place in the mandal/district for ensuring proper care; also for such
worship places the minimum salary for the priests who are performing the
rituals should be shared by government from the religious fund and the bigger
worship place; the religious fund can be collected by the government through establish
all religious corpus fund trust to rise funds by extending 100 % tax exemption
for these funds and also making it mandatory that all corporate / business
establishments should pay 0.3% of the turnover as mandatory contribution under
the corporate religious responsibility; in addition government must levy
religious cess of about 0.20% of the gross salary/income of every individual as
the social religious responsibility tax and government must use these funds for
these purposes for providing support for minimum support for the daily rituals
in the places of worship.
13. NEED FOR MANDATORY
PREACHING OF HUMAN VALUES BY THE PRIESTLY CLASS TO THE DEVOTEES; REMOVING THE
SOCIAL STIGMAS; PRIESTS AS AGENTS OF SOCIAL CHANGE
13.1.
Since
priestly class can influence the people to a great extent reason being that the
people believe that the words of the priests are the directions of the god; in
such cases government must provide training all the priests regarding the easy
/simple way of overcoming of social issues like female feticide, importance of
institution of marriage and evils of living together and adultery; say no to
child marriages; widow remarriage; need for going for test tube babies for
childless couple (rather than believing the self styled god men giving fruits
and ash powders to get children???) etc benefits of better health habits, no to
smoking, no to alcohol, no to domestic violence against women need for
education of children especially girl children; scientific way of enhancing the
memory in the children for better results in the exams, the benefits of yoga
for the children, all sections of the people especially for the diabetic etc
need for blood donation; need for organ donation etc (on all these subjects training should be given and also the
printed booklets should be supplies to
the priests for reference and propaganda) in a such a manner to built better
society in a scientific way without any disturbance to the religious beliefs
maintain the religious traditions intact as majority of the people cutting
across religious strongly believe that the words of priest are the words of
almighty; repeated preaching will certainly bring the desired change in society.
14. NEED FOR DRESS CODE
FOR ALL THE PRIESTS IN UNIFORM AS PER THE RELIGION AND AS PER THE REGION; NEED FOR
DRESS CODE FOR THE DEVOTEES/FOLLOWERS
14.1.
As
many people visit the places of worship for getting the concentration,
attention of mind and soul and getting the spiritually connected to the
universal god; which is more essential in the youth because they are the
workforce for the betterment of the society who needs moral strength in them which
majority of them are achieving through the visit of worshiping place; but
majority of the youth are getting distracted due to the so called ultra fashion
dresses irrespective of gender; as all section of people visit the places of
worship some people many not afford to buy & wear such ultra modern dress;
also some ultra modern dresses wearied are very much distortion of mind set and
most of them are like erosing in nature due the default settings in every human
being for the opposite sex like wearing the skin tight tea shirts mostly
sleeveless showing their exercised biceps and wearing the shots, miniskirts,
micro mini frocks and skin tight shots more or less like under garment in thick
clothes by the young adult people irrespective of gender certainly spoiling the
traditions and customs and the spirituality of the holy atmosphere (it is the
individual interest of the youth to wear whatever they wish but certainly not
at the worship places) ; as such government must ensure that all the religious
places and places of worship should mandatorily have a uniform dress code as
per the traditional dress like kurtha / lungi for men and simple saree or
simple kurti with appropriate full
duptta draped in a traditional way for the women and the girl child of any choice
of uniform colour is minimum requirement for the entry into a worship place (only
on festival days colour code should be relaxed but all other conditions should
remain the same); in case the people wish to adopt the local traditional dress
it is more welcome for maintain the tradition & custom in all places of
worship throughout the country; Also it will be more ideal and appropriate that
a uniform dress made of cotton or non transparent terry cotton (the design
should be like full raincoat) also can be allowed in the local temples other
than pilgrim places for the convenience of working employees who wish to visit
the worship places; Also government must ensure uniform dress code for all the
priests in the country according their religious beliefs and local traditions;
all the priests in the religion and in that region should have the same pattern
of dress of the choice colour in that region; Also government must ensure the
dress pattern will not expose any priests semi naked (all priests should cover
body appropriately with appropriate cloth) all the above methods will certainly
ensure our customs and traditions are preserved at the same time creating value
for our traditions and customs and also for proper receipt of spiritual energy through proper concentration
can be achieved which will not only benefit the individuals but the entire
country.
15. NEED FOR BAN OF
MOBILE PHONES, MUSIC DIGITAL PADS, CAMERAS OR ANY ELECTRONIC GADGETS (OTHER
THAN WRIST WATCH) IN THE VICINITY OF THE WORSHIP PLACES
15.1.
Since
worship places need absolute silence at all times, also during the performance of the rituals (in
periodic intervals- certainly not as and when a devotee comes especially the so
called VIP’s) in the worship places require absolute concentration spiritually
to serve the purpose of the visit of the spiritual place; but most
unfortunately even highly educated people without any common sense uses the
mobile phones even in the sanctum sanatoriums disturbing themselves and other
devotees; even there exists that use of cell phone is not permitted they never
bother; in order to control this syndrome that government make it mandatory
that all the places of worship use of mobile phones is banned completely (not
through the jammers); all the places of
worship at the entrance should have a cell phone deposit rack of appropriate
lock and key under CC Camera surveillance and make it mandatory that all
visitors should deposit there mobile and
other electronic devices in the deposit counter and undergo the metal detector cheque through the gadget
device (no to physical frisking to protect the sanctity of the individuals) for
any mobile phones or electronic devices; also in case found the use of cell
phones inside the place of worship should be treated of intentional creation of
nuscence value and should be punished under IPC for such nascence act in
addition to confiscation of the mobile or the electronic device; this will not
only ensure that peace is established in the worship place as the mobile
phones with various ring tones as well
as the talk and other electronic devices which are the real distracters of
attention are being barred in the places of worship.
16. NEED FOR
MAINTENANCE OF CASTE HARMONY BY ENSURING THE KITCHENS IN HINDU RELIGIOUS PLACES
ARE MAINTAINED BY PEOPLE BELONG TO ALL CASTES AND SERVICE OF FOOD BY ALL CASTES
AND HAVE MASS FOOD INTAKE BY ALL CASTES
IN A SAME LINE/VENUES AT SAME TIME WITHOUT SEPARATE ENCLOSURES FOR HIGHER
CASTES/UPPER ECHELONS
16.1.
Since
caste plays a major role in Hindu religion it is very shameful on our part to
allow the veiled indiscrimination based on the caste in this age of
communication revolution and age of transparency; even though humans are raised
to the space living but not left the basic stigmas of the caste bias and gender
bias (which is one of the reason for religious conversions, also inhuman to
discriminate individuals based on their birth); in order to bring the
confidence in people belonging to downtrodden especially SC & ST where
there exists a lot of discrimination government must make it mandatory that the
temple kitchens are maintained by people belong to all castes; also government
must ban separate enclosures for the priestly class to consume the food
prepared or two class of making food preparations in religious events and
service of food to the god; in addition government must make it mandatory that
the serving of the food to all people including the priestly sections should be
at one place at same time for all people
irrespective class or caste including the priestly class and also the service
of food should be done by all caste people; unless government do this social
change what so ever laws government makes will not lead to social equality
among Hindus; because religion has such a tremendous potential in shaping the society.
If some of the priestly class feels the traditions and customs will get
distorted and will not permit to mingle and dine with the downtrodden or cannot
accept that downtrodden in the kitchens or the downtrodden serving the food for
their consumption by trying to have a special privileges by shielding
themselves in the name of tradition and customs; then all such priestly class
should be asked to introspect whether the tradition and customs permit use of a
mobile phone; watching a movie or television or hear radio or access to
internet or any mode of modern communication
as majority of the movie & television serials are depicting the
vulgarity and degrading the traditions and almost all the so called item songs majority
of them are nothing but sexual stimulants by the dance movements of the
artists? modern education as well as travel by air and also all foreign travels
(as tradition will not accept the religious priests to cross the seas &
oceans) and also access to modern health care and treatment and consumption of
English medicine (which may have made from animal/ bacterial extracts?? And
treatment by young female nurses in the hospitals??); also eating in
restaurants made by chefs without knowing at what sanctity they are making the
food?? will the tradition allow them to do all these things? The above clearly
indicates that there is reason for the priestly class should be accept for
equality for all human beings as many scholars told “ god is in every human
being “ service to human is service to god; (also if the down trodden people
are not given equal treatment in the birth religion, they will get attracted to
other religion where equal treatment and respect for every human being
irrespective of class is available; in that case the priestly class should
imagine their condition as even till date majority of the funds for the religious
institutions are from the common down trodden people only (4/5 of the total
funds by applying the theory of drops will form ocean exactly every single
devotee contribution of change of rupees are become big funds), hardly less
than 1/5 of the total funds are from the elite and big donors???) If the
priestly class does not believe in this equality of human beings they should be
barred from practicing the priestly-ness? Also these section of priestly class
(all religions) should introspect that are they high in intellectuality (IQ),
integrity, honesty, or possess extra energy or higher than any other by any means
(by training they learned the religion rituals like an engineer or doctor or
lawyer or any other professional- just born in a particular caste or set or
religion should not attribute to special status ??? as per science all humans
are born with same state of mind and the circumstances and training and
opportunities makes them to be intelligent- in this age of technology and age
of transparency people expecting special status for just born in a particular
caste or sect and rest of the world should go according their will and wish
cannot be possible especially with the younger generations- only people of the
SC, ST expecting special status as per the constitution because of the deprived
socially, economically and their social & ecomonic conditions does not
permit them to get trained and get compete certainly require special status for
certain period- also the government can extend special status for all the
economically back word people of the country appropriately); however all
priestly class in all religions should be given appropriate due respect for the
survive to the god and for making majority of people behave like human beings
for generations; As in the name of god & religion majority of the people
are maintaining themselves which is leading to at least reduction in the crime
rate of what so ever nature (because fear of god many people are not doing
crimes it is a fact otherwise the law and order cannot prevent them as it is
only post operative not pre operative- as god fear only making the individuals
back tracking on committing crime???) As such it is high time that the priestly
class should introspect and make them answerable to their inner conscious; also
it is high time that government must make it mandatory condition in all places
of worship equality of treatment for all; after all everyone is equal to god???
17. NEED FOR REGULATING
THE RELIGIOUS RITUALS IN THE INSTITUTIONS AS PER THE RELIGIOUS BOOKS
MAINTAINING THE TIMINGS OF RITUALS
17.1.
It
is more ideal and appropriate that all religious institutions worship places
should strictly follow the religious books for performing the religious rituals
in a uniform way according their regional religious beliefs; i,e every religion
in every region in every sect should follow one method of performing the
rituals rather than in every village worship place every priest will perform
according to his application of thought and according to his will and wish;
also the religious head quarters at the state and national level should issue
guidelines as per the majority acceptable procedures of the region on
conducting a mass gathering of the religious scholars and the traditional
priests and elders in the region & sect for formulating a uniform procedure
for performing the rituals in every region & sect ; also it is most
important that the worship places should strictly maintain the timing of
performing the rituals i.e in calendar day the rituals are performed in certain
intervals of time and anyone how big and mighty or wealthy may be has to wait
till the standard time of the rituals to start if wised to perform the rituals
(no breaking of timings or performing rituals as and when the so called VIP’s
or Elite will arrive the worship place the priests will perform without any
proper timing to gain the favour of the VIP ‘s or Elite ? this kind of sins
should be completely banned for ensuring equal treatment for all before god)
Also it should be ideal that all worship places near the vicinity of busy
centres, bus stands railway stations and airports and other places should be
opened 24/7 for darshan and meditation (certainly not as night shelters) who
ever feels like visiting and offer their prayers which will be useful for
people working in the night shifts and the late night travellers and also
people who are busy in the day due to business activities etc.
18. NEED FOR MANDATORY
REGISTRATION OF ALL RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS/ PRAYER PLACES AND MANDATORY ISSUE
PROFESSIONAL LICENCE OF IDENTITY CARD FOR THE PRIESTS TO PRACTICE PRIESTLY-NESS
AFTER DUE TESTS FOR THE MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED UNDER CAMERA RECORDING
18.1.
Since
there exists thousands and lacks of religious institutions and worship places
in our country and majority of them are private operated in order to streamline
the religious institutions it is necessary that government must make it
mandatory that all the religious institutions and the worship places should be
registered where ever the general public visits or they address the general
public; this measure is necessary in order to ensure that the proportionate
representation in the trust boards as per the region as well as as per the
percentage of population of castes and sects where ever applicable in order
into ensure balanced function and monitoring of the functioning of the the religious institute or the worship place;
also since till date majority of the priestly class are in the un organised
sector of human resources; there exists an urgent need to streamline them and
bring into organised sector of human resources as these section of people are
more influential in shaping up of the people at large as majority of the
population has some religious belief of their choice ; but hardly there is any
measures or standards exists in the country irrespective of religion that only
such and such trained qualified people only can perform the priestly-ness;
everyone who are borne in particular caste or religion feels that it is there
birth right to act as priest even though some of them do not knew basic
priestly-ness except belong to a particular caste or religion; some may be
carrying the traditions as hereditary will certainly get their informal training
from the elders in the family and they knew the full procedures of what so ever
in nature but these kind of people are very limited; also because of lack of
formal training for majority of the priests they are unable to bring the desired change in
the society and in majority cases they become a hindrance to the beliefs in the
religion in majority of the urban people especially working class religious beliefs are being
dented as they are more informative or knowledge than these mediocre priests ;
also due to the un organised ness and lack of formal training leads people to
look for alternatives; as such government must make it mandatory that to
perform the priestly-ness every person in every religion should undergo the
basic test under the camera for their basic knowledge and procedure for
qualifying as a recognized priest to perform priestly-ness (also government
must establish priestly training centres and up gradation of priestly knowledge
courses for all religions) ; based on the level of knowledge they posses they
should be given grading and each higher grade should get higher pay; also in
order to recognize the priests are qualified to practice the priestly-ness all
qualified priests should be given Identification card by the government; and
making it mandatory that all places of worship where public are worshiping (all
exclusive in house worship places and only family place should be exempted-
however all the rituals performed in the private places by the priests should
mandatorily hold the priestly Identity card issued by the government; this
priestly identity card should be useful in the PDS system as well as issue of
health care card etc which will not only useful for the people but also for the
individual priestly community.
19. NEED FOR MANDATORY
SHARE OF THE INCOME OF THE TRUSTS FOR THE SOCIAL CAUSES LIKE COMMUNITY FARMING
OR COMMUNITY SERVICES, IMPROVEMENT OF FACILITIES IN THE REGION BY CREATION OF A
COMMON TRUST OF ALL RELIGIONS FOR THIS PURPOSE UNDER GOVERNMENT SUPERVISION
COMPRISING OF ALL RELIGIOUS REPRESENTATION FOR CONSTRUCTION & MAINTENANCE
OF THE OLD AGED, FOR STREET CHILDREN OR FOR THE DESTITUTE WELFARE AND EDUCATION
19.1.
Since
majority of the religious institutions and the worship places receive lot of
donations and collect lot of funds in one or the other way; many people
contribute with an intention that their money will be utilised for the common
good in the name of the religion; but in reality the majority of the religious
institutions and worship places are not really utilizing the common good but
even in these religious finds the ways and means for self good because majority
of the are managed by trust boards comprising of select elite and upper
echelons of the society or the political class cutting across religions; also
majority of the worship places the funds collected are utilizing in the name of
modernization / decoration or more jewellery to the deities etc rather than
utilizing the funds for the betterment of the society in the possible way; as majority
of these trustees are fully narrow minded and certainly lacks broader vision
and also mostly are self centred; in such a cases government should ensure that
all the trust boards should comprise of people from all regions and caste
composition as per the percentage of population in that region ; in addition
government must make it mandatory that after basic needs of the funds for
administrative expenses and for the basic daily rituals in the worship
places only 20 % of the balance should
be allowed to utilise for the modernization etc that with the approval of the
donors and approval of the majority of the devotees /people in a public
gathering in the presence of religious administrative authorities in Camera for
the public gathering and in writing by the donors; also the remaining 80 %
should be deposited to the religious corpus fund trust of the government; the
religious institutions and worship places should send a proposal to the
government religious department for the projects like the construction &
maintaining of old age homes, orphan
houses; destitute houses etc and poor feeding near the worship places and also
the welfare measures for the downtrodden from their education etc and also
construction and maintenance of the educational institutions; these measures
will ensure proper utilisation of the funds given by the donors and the public
for the religious institutions; also there will be certainly fair use of money
as government issuing for the works the government is responsible for the
quality and also the corruption will be much less compared to managed by the
trust boards and also the trust boards can act as vigilance for obtaining the
necessary quality from the government constructions; also these religious
charity construction works should be entrusted to government PSU like NBCC,
TCIL etc which are known for quality construction and no compromise on the
issue of quality???; the above measure will ensure that the peoples wishes for
value and best utilisation for betterment of the other sections of the will be
fulfilled.
20. NEED FOR KEEPING
THE ASSETS OF THE RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS AND HOLY WORSHIP PLACES IN THE PUBLIC
DOMAIN; VALUATION/INSPECTION OF THE ASSETS LIKE GOLD, JEWELLERY ETC IN THE
PRESENCE OF PUBLIC UNDER CAMERA RECODING FOR THE QUALITY & QUANTITY OF THE
ASSETS
20.1.
Since
majority of the religious institutions and worship places has lot of properties
donated by the people/ devotees and also the jewellery; most of the age old
religious institutions holds valuable antique pieces; also every worship places
in recent few decades are acquiring the jewellery from the public donations as
well funds raised through the sale of tickets for various rituals; all the
jewellery purchased or made in the name of better look for the deity/god and
creating an impression that god wished to have so much so jewellery; there are
lot of apprehensions & perils among the common devotees and and many people
that lot of scams are happening in the assets and jewellery of the deity /gods
as these antique jewellery will cost several times than the original jewellery
at the current market price with same replica; as people apprehend that few of
the trust board members in some worship places in collusion with or without the
priestly class are making replica of the antiques in original gold and precious
stones and doing the theft/swindling of
the original antique jewellery which fetches them several times than the freshly
manufactured original gold jewellery in the same design; also similarly in the
newly built worship places (build few decades back) the jewellery will be
replica from the artificial or they reduce the gold content; and only put in
the safe lockers in the bank or their own lockers; in order to ensure that the
properties of the religious institutions are not being under the grab by other
anti social elements or land sharks it may be in collusion with the trust board
or not and also ensure the heinous corrupt practices do not happen the
government must make it mandatory that all the assets both fixed and the
jewellery should be kept on the web online and also government must ensure that
the assets should be surrendered or jointly registered with the religious fund
trust of the government and the government will ensure the best utilisation of
the property for the cultivation or for the old age homes or for the orphanages or for the school or for any other
social purpose; also the government must make it mandatory that all jewellery
should be valued and certified once in every three months by a
registered government valour in the presence of all trust board members and the
elected local public representatives or public and all the valuation in cameras
and the recoding CD should be played for at least one weak in the online
government religious worship site also submit the CD for the government
religious administration department;
also for all the antique jewellery valuation and certification should be
done every three months and also there should be there should be second recheck
once in six months by a separate team; the above measures will certainly ensure
that property and jewellery of the religious institutions and places of worship
are protected.
21. NEED FOR COMPLETE
BAN OF BEGGING IN THE VICINITY OF PLACES OF WORSHIP IN THE SPIRIT OF THE
HON’BLE SUPREME COURT GUIDELINES IN THIS REGARDS; ESTABLISHMENT OF FREE FOOD
SERVICE IN MAJOR TEMPLE ESPECIALLY FOR THESE SECTIONS OF PEOPLE; AND CREATION
OF REHABILITATION OF THESE SECTIONS THROUGH MONEY GATHERED IN THE WORSHIP
PLACES THROUGH DONATIONS AND TICKETS FOR RITUALS
21.1.
Even
though there are so much so funds in many religious trusts and places of
worship run by trusts and also many worship places offering food for the
devotees it is very shameful & sinful these many trust boards as well as
devotees are self centred selfish bunch of people and do not offer food offered
to god for these destitute (the food prepared will be consumed by them first
and anything leftover will either served or thrown to these destitutes),
instead they expect the gods favour i.e “punya” by just throwing a one rupee
coin??? Very said state of mind set of the elite trust board members as well as
majority of the devotees; in order to rectify this and also up holding the
spirit of the Hon’ble Supreme court of India regarding the creation of shelters for these
destitutes; the government must ensure that each religious trust board should
mandatorily spend 20 % of the total revenues earned after the basic daily
expenditure for the creation of dormitories and hospitals for these destitute’s
and strictly maintain that no destitute’s are visible in the vicinity of the
religious places and places of worship and their welfare is being taken care of
by religious institutions; also should provide training to these distitute’s
slowly towards adopting what so ever human effort they can contribute by making
them use in the agriculture farms raised by the trust boards and other
handicrafts making etc. This will certainly bring the desired social change and
social responsibility of the people.
22. NEED FOR SETTING UP
OF RELIGIOUS TRUSTS COMPRISING OF ALL SECTIONS OF PEOPLE IN THE REGION I.E DIFFERENT WARDS/VILLAGES IN THAT
MANDAL/DIVISION
22.1.
Since
majority of the religious institutions and worship places are run by trusts in
different places ; but many people from various parts of the mandal/ districts / states will visit the religious
institute or place of worship; in these cases in order to protect the interest
of people belong to different regions who are the believers in that worship
place and contribute to the income to that religious institution or worship
place should be given propionate representation in the trust boards and due
share of values and opinions of them in the trust board meetings for smooth
functioning of the religious institution / worship place.
23. NEED FOR
PROPORTIONATE REPRESENTATION AS PER THE CASTE POPULATION IN THAT REGION IN THE
HINDU RELIGIOUS TRUSTS AND TEMPLE BOARDS; IN ADDITION MAINTAINING GENDER
EQUALITY TO ENSURE & ENDORSE THAT BEFORE GOD ALL CASTES ARE EQUAL
23.1.
Since
the Hindu religion comprises of many castes and all caste people will worship
at almost all the places of worship it is necessary that people from all
sections are in the process of decision making as far as the religious trust
boards and worship places are concerned; as such government must make it mandatory
that all the Hindu religious trust boards must comprise of representation from
all castes as per the percentage of population in that region i.e ward or
mandal or district or state depending up on the annual income generated and the
number of visitors of the people to the temple; also government must make it
mandatory that at least two members should be reserved for the local village
and there should be 50 % reservation for women in the trust boards covering all
the castes as per the population. This will certainly ensure that justice to
all sections of people in the country also prevent the dictatorship of some
upper echelons of the society mostly belong to the upper castes; also it will
be more ideal that all the trust boards should be proportionate to the income
group in that region, i.e BPL, Low income group, Middle income group and Higher
income group to completely eliminate the disparities in the society leaving a
great social message that in the view of god all are equal.
24. NEED FOR MANDATORY
MANAGEMENT OF RELIGIOUS TRUSTS BY SENIOR CITIZENS WHO ARE IN ABSOLUTE HEALTHY
CONDITION AND NON POLITICAL PEOPLE (OR EVEN A PRIMARY MEMBER OR SYMPATHISER OF
A POLITICAL PARTY)
24.1.
Since
majority of the religious trust boards are managed by various sections of people;
all the government supported religious institutions and worship places are
managed by government appointed boards; it will be more ideal and appropriate
that all the religious trust boards and worship places are managed by the
senior citizens by and large or else at least 80:20 by the senior citizens and
other people age (aged above 35 years and below 60 years); all the senior
citizens should possess good health without any hearing problem or without any
issue of mobility and also permissible eye site; and are active having the zeal
and enthusiasm to work after retirement from the work (both employment or
business or agriculture or teaching, soldiers, lawyers or police etc) and the
government must invite the applications for the trust board members and
scrutiny them as per their profession and try to include all the professions
like lawyers, accounts people, teachers, judiciary, farmers, agriculture
labour, business, religious scholars, and the priests etc all the trust boards should comprise of twelve
(12) members with include two ex-officeo members with mandatorily 50 % are women in the remaining
10 members and all the decisions are collective and there will not be any
headship of the trust boards (chairperson, president instead a group of
committees of 3 members in the total trust board will look into the
administrative matters); in case of many applications the preference should be
given to people who have more experience and also in case of same experience by
lottery they should be selected and nominated by the government; the principle
should be applicable to all religious trusts and worship places where ever
there is public visit exists and there is collection of public donations in any
form; (all exclusive private worship places which are built exclusively for
their family should be exempted from this mandatory representation and
selection process where the worship places are barred for private visitors to visit for darshan and also for rituals);
also the government must ensure no elected representative either sitting or
former or any political party un employees i.e political workers without any
position or any immediate family member or kin and kith of the sitting elected
representative (spouse children or in-laws of the spouse or the children); this
measure is very necessary to protect the religious institutions from the
politics and also protect the religious institutions and worship places from
the corruption and money spinning activity for many political people
(especially non elected representatives) from the shops allocation in the
vicinity of the worship places to the sale of tickets to the VIP entry for
their family and friends to show the political clout and causing great
inconvenience to many common man who are the contributors for the trust and the
privileges and facilities are enjoying by these political calls whether small
time leaders or big industrial sharks in the cover of politics to earn more and
with a presumption will wipe of their sins who might have earned their money
through mainly illegal activity or non tax paid; the government must ensure
such sinters should be barred from becoming a trust board members; also the
barring of political people from becoming trust board members will remove the
politicization of trust activities by ruling and opposition parties; in order to maintain the uniformity
government must completely ban the political people in the religious trust
board and all other religious trust boards to main the sanctity and run it a
political institutions in the larger interest of the people of the country.
25. NEED FOR FIXING
TIME FRAME FOR TENURE OF TRUST BOARD MEMBERS IN ALL RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS AND
ALSO FIXING ONLY ONE TERM IN LIFE FOR ONE FAMILY TO BE AS TRUST BOARD MEMBER
25.1.
Since
by becoming a trust board member in any religious institution or worship place
the members and their family gets opportunity to serve the god and the living
gods i.e the people (considering service to humans is service to god); but due
to lack of system in place in the country governing the religious trust boards
for decades only select few families are the trust board members, also once
become a trust board member for generations they are sticking to the seat as if
it is their birth right (more worst than politicians and more or less like the
sports federations in our country???); because of this situation the funds
utilisation and the lifes of the priests
are at the mercy of the trust board members in addition many people has the
perils that the money and the jewellery (antique or new)may already be swindled
and original replica of the antiques or
the artificial jewellery is in place of originals in many places; also
there is completely lack of social justice and social equality in the trust by including
proportionate to the castes , sects and income groups; in these circumstances
to ensure justice to all sections of the people and at least people should be
allowed an opportunity to serve the almighty by making it mandatory that all religious trusts have fixed tenure (most
ideal that only 3 years maximum); in addition only one member in a family for
to be a board member in a religious trust board for the fixed tenure and
barring any other member from the same family to be a member in any level or
any worship place (in their village or mandal or district or any state in the
country) in any religion during their life time; this method will certainly
ensure justice to all sections of people in the country.
26. NEED FOR CHANGE OF
DESIGNATION OF THE RELIGIOUS TRUST BOARD MEMBERS TO “ALMIGHTY SERVERS”; ALSO
CHANGE OF THE CONSTITUTION WITH NO ONE AS CHAIRMAN OF THE TRUST BOARDS AND ONLY
GROUP OF THREE OR FOUR MEMBERS IN THE TRUST BOARD WILL LOOK INTO DIFFERENT
ASPECTS RELATED TO ADMINISTRATION.
26.1.
It
is a fact that majority of the people in majority of the trust boards are for
the sake of identity for designation as Chairman/ President/ Board Member etc
for the sake of designation for the Public Relations work and also majority of
them do not really serve the god/ religion; also since many of the present
religious trust boards have the members belong to the elite & upper
echelons of the society they naturally have the ego to the peak level;
arrogance for them selfs etc; all these lacunas are certainly hampering the
real motto of the trust boards to serve the lord and also the people; as such
government must abolish the chairman/president designations completely and also
change the designations of religious trust board members as “ALMIGHTY
SERVERS” the depicting the real motto of
a trust board member; as such only people with real intension of serving the
lord and the people will become a trust board member; all the trust boards
should be constituted proportionate to the castes and sects in the religion and
also income groups; all the above measures will certainly ensure religion can
be best used for the well being of all sections of the people and economic
growth and prosperity.
27. NEED FOR ALLOCATION
OF SHOPS FOR SALE OF ARTICLES FOR THE RITUALS THROUGH THE LOTTERY SYSTEM
WITHOUT ANY AUCTION AND ONLY DEPOSIT OF RENTALS FIXED BY GOVERNMENT AS PER THAT
AREA AND ALSO ALLOCATION OF SHOPS PROPORTIONATE TO CASTES AND INCOME GROUPS
27.1.
It
is very important that majority of the worship places have the shops adjacent
to the worship place for catering the needs of articles and ingredients for the
rituals to be performed; unfortunately most of the shops are being auctioned in
some places are owned by the proxies of the trust board members and the
articles are sold at exorbitantly high prices and are somewhat like organised
mafias as per many people’s view; in order to regularize this for the
betterment of the service to the people at the affordable price and do justice
to the people of all sections government must cancel all present allotments and
also make it mandatory the shops are divided as per the castes /sects and also
the income group (only BPL & Low income and low middle income group should
be eligible) to apply for the allotment within the locals in the 5 km radius
and the selection should be purely on the open lottery bases; and also the
government must give preference to the Self Help Groups(SHG); also for the
registered un employees in the employment exchange ; also the running capital
should be through the government from the religious corpus fund and the banks ;
also government should determine the pricing of the articles; all these methods
will certainly ensure justice for all section of the people.
28. NEED FOR COMPLETE SCRAPPING
THE SPECIAL TREATMENT FOR ELITE AND UPPER ECHELONS OF THE SOCIETY AND FOR
POLITICAL, BUSINESS AND BUREAUCRATIC CLASS FOR INCULCATING AND ADVOCATING
BEFORE GOD ALL HUMANS ARE EQUAL;
28.1.
It
is a common practice in the country especially in few religions that the
special treatment for the so called VIP’s, politicians / elected representatives
and so called celebrities as well as the big business people and also the
bureaucrats ; this is happing in government run trust board worship places are
purely private run worship places it is mainly due the fact that most of the
trusts are either run by the elite or upper echelons of the society and run by
the political class and also partly the inclination of greed for the corrupt
money by the priestly class???; if we introspect do not all humans are alike
for god???; do favouring the the special treatment will naturally hurt other
people as it suffers them in many ways; as such government must make it
mandatory that there should not be any special treatment at all people based on
the income group or based on the false social status enjoyed by these sections
of people (in fact many people are of the opinion that these section of people
mentally low even though high in income group or social status for ignoring the fact because of common
peoples efforts in the work output for the business they are rich or because of
the patronize of many common people they become celebrities with their hard
earned money???); but government must make it mandatory that all places of
worship according their religious acceptability of these sections of people
must provide special treatment for all senior citizens; all persons with
reduced mobility; all pregnant women; all nursing mothers ; of course only to
the constitutional authorities and serving ministers and serving senior civil
servants from the rank of district collector onwards for their individual visit or maximum to
their spouse if accompanied (certainly not to the other family members
including their children and the staff accompanying or the coterie of people
accompanying them) still there should not be any compromise on the timing of
performing the rituals; also there should not be any special treatment for the
trust board members or their kin & kith; this method will certainly
establish that in front of god all are equal; will certainly get public
appreciation and public can get better treatment at the place of worship.
29. NEED FOR COMPETE
BAN ON ALL FUTURE RESERVATIONS FOR RITUALS WHICH WERE BOOKED AS OF NOW AND
ISSUE OF COMPUTERISED ONLINE ENTRY VISIT TOKENS IN ALL MAJOR WORSHIP PLACES ON
FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASES ON PRODUCTION OF ID CARD (IN CASE EXCESS ON THE
DAY MAY BE THROUGH THE LOTTERY SYSTEM) ON
THE BASES OF MAXIMUM AVERAGE VISITORS CAN HAVE A DARSHAN /OFFER PRAYER DURING A
WOKING TIME OF THE RELIGIOUS PLACE
29.1.
Since
majority of the worship places has certain are rituals exclusively made on some
auspicious days as per mythology which will provide some special energy and
blessings to the people participated; but the place inside the worship place
(sanctum sanatorium) is limited all people cannot be accommodated for every
rituals as such these rituals are available only to very few limited numbers of
people; majority of the holy worship places like Titumala etc were providing
advanced reservation for the rituals; also in other places of worship only on
great influence through politics or bureaucracy or through the middle man
people has to mange in their own way to get these special rituals done; if the
case of majority of the upper echelons is like this then one can imagine that a
common man case??? After all majority of such religious institutions and
worship places are surviving because of the daily contribution of thousands and
lacks of devotees (these so called upper echelon people with political or
bureaucratic influence or business men are the so called celebrities
contribution in the form of fund is fraction of the total contribution of the
common devotees (over 85% of the contributions are from common devotees and
rest of the 15 % institutions and various individual elite and celebrities); but what these trust boards are doing is
gross criminal injustice to the common people by providing special privileges
to the above mentioned sections???- do almighty wanted to provide special
treatment for people with money and bare ill-treatment for common people???); it
is fact that majority of the trust board members (sitting as well as former)
and the elite sections made advance reservations even till 2050?? So they want
all blessings of god should be with them, their kin & kith just because of
they got opportunity to become a trust board member or elite??? ; Government
must rectify this criminal corruption self centred selfish act by the select
section of people; Government must make it mandatory that all advanced
reservations for all rituals in all places of worship should be scrapped completely???
If not scrapped the special treatment and advanced reservation system many
people will come to conclusion that governments are only and only for the elite
and upper echelons of the society and whatever they are expressing for the
welfare is only for obtaining votes; in order to rectify this also government
must make online reservation of the very rituals and darshan; and online random
lottery that will select the people with at least three month advance for the
scared rituals and one month in advance for the darshans in order have proper
administration as well proper satisfactory darshan (without push and pull in
the crowded congested suffocated darshshan) and also makes justice to all without
any scope for corruption or middle men or political or bureaucratic
influence???? Also it will be more ideal for all special rituals there should
be reservations of tickets as per the income group and through lottery system
selection within each income group with booking only on the production of
income certificate of the family head; All religious & places of worship
darshan and rituals performance should be completely cut away from the
political & bureaucratic as well as middlemen influence in order to deliver
justice to all.
30. NEED FOR ALLOCATION
OF ACCOMMODATION AT ALL RELIGIOUS PLACES AS PER THE RESERVATION OF THE COMPUTERIZED
SYSTEM AND MAKING IT MANDATORY THAT ALLOCATION OF ALL STAY IN RELIGIOUS PLACES
ONLY ON THE RESERVATION TO VISIT THE RELIGIOUS
PLACE THROUGH ONLINE WITH EXCEPTION TO BPL FAMILIES IN REMOTE AREAS
30.1.
Since
accommodation at religious places is a very big issue as majority of the
religious places lack accommodation as per the demand; in fact government must
ensure that appropriate necessary affordable accommodation is created utilising
maximum available space; at the same time government should make it mandatory
that the space for rental or otherwise in surroundings at least 3 km radius to
the worship place or religious institute should be under the government control
i.e the rooms should be given only to pilgrims and also certainly only on the
reservation for the darshan or special ritual online with 10 % rooms exception
to the BPL families who are not having access to internet in their village; all
the post offices and other e- seva kandas and private internet centres should
be utilised to book the darshan or ritual tickets online at very nominal charge
of Rs 5 per booking of up to 5
persons on any single location; also government must ensure the rentals are
very nominal and affordable and government must fix the rental chart for all
the rooms both operated under government as well as private; this above methods
will certainly reduce the congestion of the rooms and also make people have
comfortable stay; also this method will
ensure sanctity of the place as the rooms are used by the pilgrims in general and certainly
prevent misuse of the rooms in the holy places for anti social & illegal /
illegitimate activities like prostitution and pre/extra matrimonial affairs as
there are lot of incidences that people are using these pilgrim places hotel
rooms for such activities ; this unholy things prevention will certainly bring
more divinity; also government must ban the sale of tobacco products near all
pilgrim places and places of worship also government must completely ban alcohol
and also non vegetarian based on the religious restrictions at the religious
institutions and worship places to ensure sanctity of the holy places, also put
stringent checks and strict punishments for violation of these basic norms.
31. NEED FOR
STREAMLINING THE SERVICE CHARGES FOR ALL THE RITUALS AS PER THE MINIMUM SERVICE
CHARGE WITH FREE FOR ALL WHO DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY PAY TREATING THEM AS BPL
FAMILIES;
31.1.
It
is high time that government must regulate the service charges in all religious
institutions and worship places to a uniform and barest minimum ; religious
institutions are not business organisations with patents and run monopoly and
with only motive of profit ???; all the
darshan & rituals should be charged based on the actual administrative
costs and a little buffer additional charges in order to cater sudden demand of
funds for any urgent needs; Also where ever there is deficit of funds government
must review the administrative expenses to minimize them and also at the same
time there will not be any hindrance to the services to the devotees; also
government must support the religious organisations with the fund collected in
the form of religious tax i.e 0.30% of the turnover of the business
establishments and also 0.20% of the annual salary /income of the individuals;
also since the darshan & rituals are as per the online reservation and
lottery system there will not be any scope for
reduction of income generation for the religious organisations; in
addition government providing 100 % tax exemption for the contribution to the
government religious fund any corporate/individual can officially donate the
fund; in addition government must provide uniform covers/ boxes of different
size for the devotees who wish to contribute to the religious funds un
disclosed; as these uniform covers/boxes will not have any details through the
CC camera one can identify only who are offering donations so but how must
donated whether it is in cash or kind cannot be determined; as such what
donated cash, jewellery or any other thing should not be known to others; (the
boxes or covers should be scanned only for checking any explosive or liquids)
this will certainly protect the privacy of the donors.; also since the
government is fixing the service charges it is most ideal that for all the
rituals it should be ideal that the tickets for the BPL families should be made
almost zero cost except keeping very nominal for the administrative purpose of
count and other arrangements; the BPL tickets should be as per the percentage
of BPL population in that State; also the rituals also should be reserved as
per the BPL & Low income group percentage of population in that state where
the religious institute or worship place is located to ensure more locals will
have the facility to visit, but all services to all the people should be the
same for all sections without any discrimination.
32. NEED FOR
MAINTENANCE OF CASTE & RESERVATIONS IN THE GOVERNMENT FOR EDUCATION & EMPLOYMENT EVEN IF PEOPLE CHANGE THEIR
RELIGIOUS BELIEFS
32.1.
Even
though it is not a religious matter or place of worship matter but it is very
important; as religion is the belief of the people to be driven by the cosmic
energy or super natural power; in these circumstances their birth in a caste as
a downtrodden cannot change their caste as DNA cannot be changed; as such
government should extend the reservations in education and employment and other
government welfare benefits as per the caste only even though the people might
have changed their religion; it is mainly because their birth religion could not able to deliver them what
they expected i.e the justice, equality of treatment etc so government providing reservation as
per the caste irrespective of change of religion should be justified.
33. NEED FOR
MAINTENANCE OF RESERVATION IN PRIESTLY-NESS AS PER THE INTEREST OF THE PEOPLE
OF DIFFERENT SECTIONS OF THE SOCIETY IN THE TRAINING INSTITUTES FOR PRIESTLY-NESS
FROM THE CHILD HOOD WHO WISH TO SPRIGHTLY FOLLOW THE “DHARMAS OF THE RITUALS”
AS PRIESTLY-NESS IS A PROFESSION NOT A CHARITY ???
33.1.
It
is a fact that there is a decline of the traditional priests in every religion
as many of the youth are showing much interest for the modern education rather
than the traditional religious priestly education; also one of the reason is
that there is lack of uniform income for the priests which makes even the girls
are not willing to marry the priests as they feel their live is not secure as
income is not secure (except in few regions /areas of worship where majority of
the priests have income earning by various corrupt practices is more than
senior management level executives in the software industry and majority of the
priests possess luxurious buildings and commercial assets in the towns &
cities nearby to the place of worship- but in contrary many priests in other
places are suffering with hardship to run their family almost like BPL family);
and also due to caste discrimination (separate treatment for the priestly class
and their caste – also veiled discrimination in the name of the caste
especially in the villages and some urban areas) majority of the downtrodden
are attracting to the other religions and religious conversions are happening
in large scale; in these circumstances it will be more ideal and appropriate
that government must make it mandatory that all the religious education
institutions should provide the reservations as per the caste and sub sects in
the religion and also train them and
equal opportunity in all the places of worship; this will certainly bring the
required number of priests in future also in addition will bring the desired
social equality in the society which will have multiple benefits.
34. NEED FOR BANNING OF
THE RELIGIOUS EDUCATION/PROPAGANDA IN NORMAL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS
34.1.
Since
education is a tool for shaping up of the individual it should be independent
of religion; there are many educational institutions run by various religious
trusts; in these educational institutions students belong to various religious
study; these students are influenced greatly by their parents and their
religious darmas which are practised at the home by the parents and the locals;
in these circumstances the religious prayers in the education institutions will
certainly put these children in confusion; as such government must ensure that
all the educational institutions should be barred from the religious prayers
and religious teachings else all schools should celebrate all festivals and
every day one religious prayer should be conducted either way will bring the
desired communal harmony in the children;
35. NEED FOR CONDUCT OF
PROGRAMMES LIKE “DALIT GOVINDAM” OF THE
TTD FOR THE ENLIGHTENMENT OF THE DOWNTRODDEN
BY ALL RELIGIONS
35.1.
In
order to bring the desired change in the society it will be most ideal that
government must make it mandatory that all major places of worship should
organise/ conduct programmes like “dalit govindam” of the Titumala Tirupati
Devastanam of Titupati Balaji Temple started conducting a programme to bring
the Idols of the deities to the dalit & downtrodden habitations and perform the rituals as was conducted in
the temple and bless the people to encourage and ensure that there will not be
any discrimination for the down trodden; but in this programme government must
ensure that the trusts should provide once in a year free darshan and provide
the accommodation and food on arrival and till the darshan will be more ideal
(only to & fro travel charges should be borne by the devotees); this method
will certainly reduce the veiled discrimination over a period of time and also
certainly reduce the inter religious changes of the downtrodden sections
36. NEED FOR
RESTRICTION OF ESTABLISHING PANDALS DURING THE FESTIVALS LIMITING RESTRICTING
ONE IN EACH VILLAGE / WARD AND EQUAL PARTICIPATION FOR ALL SECTIONS AND
GOVERNMENT PROVIDING CONCESSIONAL POWER (TO A LIMITED QUANTITY) AND OTHER
PROVISIONS; NEED FOR MAKING MANDATORY USE OF ECO FRIENDLY MATERIAL IN THE
TEMPORARY PANDALS
36.1.
Since
majority of the festivals people are celebrated by various sections locally by
erecting the temporary pandals and with idols made of mostly by plaster of
Paris and chemical paints; which after certain duration of the period of
performing the rituals they are immersed in the water bodies; these king of
pandals are installed in many places like place of work (offices, business
centres or near shop floors of engineering workshops etc); in almost in each
and every street of the cities, towns and villages even some times multiple
number of pandals in the same street in completion; all through collection of
donations from the people either through request or some times by indirect
force; this methods will certainly lacks discipline and are leading to conflicts
with in the street among the people of the same religion or various religion in
addition to unnecessary additional expenditure; as such government must make it
mandatory only one pandal per GP or village/ward should be allowed strictly
banning the individual wise erection of pandals; all the GP /WARD should erect
the pandals and every person in that village /ward should conduct /perform the
rituals in that / mostly these pandal should be government sponsored, however
private donations can be accepted on providing appropriate receipt with accountability
for each rupee spent; also committee of
the village celebrations includes representatives from all castes/religions in
that village/ward proportionate to the population; however government must
permit for erection/installation of appropriate size idols in workshops,
industrial areas, business complexes, residential colonies and apartments only
one pandal with prior permission. Also government must make it mandatory that
all the temporary idols must be made of either clay or eco friendly material and
all the colour used another materials used should be of eco friendly in nature;
all the immersions should be made in safe places and government must designate
only particular water bodies/lakes for immersion and also there should be
immediate clean up of the lake/water bodies; all these methods will certainly
ensure that creation of better harmony among the people of all sections in the
society; also it is environmental friendly for the betterment of the people of
the country; as such government must make the above measures mandatory in the
larger interest of the people.
37. NEED FOR KEEPING
THE RELIGIOUS HARMONY IN EACH OFFICE/BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS WHERE PUBLIC VISIT
BY ENSURING ALL RELIGIOUS SYMBOLS ARE PRESENT OR NO SYMBOLS EXISTS; ALL
RELIGIOUS RITUALS/PRAYERS DURING THE FOUNDATION / BEGINNING OF ANY PUBLIC
UTILISATION PROJECTS
37.1.
Since
India is a social state with absolute communal harmony; but the same is not
represented at all places even though there is no threats for the communal
hormone but there exists a veiled threat as individual feeling/sentiments are
being hurt due to various acts; as majority of the work places in the
government and private has many people working
belong to various religions have various religious sentiments; but in
majority of the offices in government are seen only the portraits or idols of
one particular religion, similarly in the private offices they according to the
religion of the ownership /management; in these circumstances government must
make it mandatory that all places of work and all business establishments where
public visits from the shops to the restaurants to hotels to passenger
transport offices and passenger transport vehicles like autos, cars, buses (both
public as well private transport) etc
should either have no portraits of any particular religion worship or
should have all religion portraits in appropriate size with all rituals to be
done in the offices places where ever there is space for doing so; also the
government must ensure that all offices both private and government must have a
dedicated space at appropriate ideal location for the prayers of all religion
as per the will and wish of the individual employees; also government must
ensure that all the employees celebrate all religious festivals by providing
appropriate encouragement like little incentives or sharing of sweets or little
gifts to the children or family etc for all major festivals of all religions
will certainly improve the communal harmony. Also government must ensure during
the opening ceremony or during the lay of foundation/beginning of any project
of public importance government must make it mandatory that all religious
prayers / rituals should be performed. All the above methods will certainly
improve the inter-personal relations and
reduce communal violence.
38. NEED FOR REGULATING
RELIGIOUS TRAINING INSTITUTIONS FOR ENSURING THE TRAINEES WILL NOT BE USED FOR
CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES IN THE NAME OF THE RELIGION
38.1.
As
we are coming across the criminal acts by various religious fundamental groups
cutting across the religions, it is mainly due to the lack of proper control of
the administration of the functioning of these religious institutions, Government
must ensure to lay uniform guidelines for all religious training institutions;
mandatory submission of details like back ground check of the parents, the
details of parents and the students should be submitted to the government; the
placement of these religious educated students; yearly where about of the
religious educated persons etc in case
failure to submit the where about of the religious educated persons by the
family members i.e parents/legal hirers
government should initiate investigative measures; in addition making
stringent laws for provocation of any religious people in the name of religion
a non bail able act with punishment equivalent to that of murder charge; etc
will certainly reduce the criminal activity by any religious fundamentalist
group.
39. NEED FOR REGULATION
OF SELF GOD MEN/ WOMEN IN THE COUNTRY; STREAMLINING THE RELIGIOUS BELIEFS; NEED
FOR BAN ON RELIGIOUS ADVERTISEMENTS BY VARIOUS MEDIUMS ESPECIALLY
ADVERTISEMENTS OF THE SELF STYLED GOD MEN/WOMEN CUTTING ACROSS RELIGIONS
39.1.
Since
people has a belief on religion and religious rituals and super powers for
solving their issues and problems; many people has issues of education, marriage, child birth, or
finances or health and they want quick instant solutions ; to en-cash the
weakness of the people there are lot of self styled god men are in existence
(are getting created by the individuals them selfs foe earning effortless easy
money for effective self enjoyment in the name of religion); these self styled
god men poses as if they are almost equal to the god to resolve every issues on
the earth and majority of them are cheating the people and involved in criminal
anti social acts degrading the respect for the religion and religious
institutions; It is indeed a great disappointment for many people that on one
side some sections of media expose the crimes of the self styled god men/women
but at the same time they air the advertisements related to the self styled god
men / women on various occasions from the greeting on the festivals/ new years
to the birthday functions of those self styled god men/women? How can media
plays a constructive role in shaping the better society by creating utter
confusion among the people; in these circumstances it is the duty of the
government to step in and ban complete advertisements of all self styled god
men and women in any print or electronic media or display through the banners
and sign boards (with exceptional in their own premises and completely banning
them to propaganda through any social media too); also government must not
extend any tax concessions for the construction of the places or nor for the
people who are donating the money to them to the self styled god men; in case
the self styled god men are willing to do the social service they should
intimate the same to the government and perform the same through their
followers in case of human participation; in case of the self styled god men
want to do the service through the funds collected from the people for
construction of schools/ roads etc they should deposit the money in the
religious funds trust of the government and government will utilise the money
appropriately giving into consideration for the request of the self styled god
men; Also government must make it mandatory all the funds received by the self
styled god men should be provided with receipt with proper address, contact
number and thumb impression of the donors (there should not be any unaccounted
hundi or money collection facility in the premises of the self styled god
men/women); also all the accounts should be audited by the independent auditors
and also the religious heads of the
religion; also the self styled god men should not be allowed to open up
braches in more than one place; if people wish to visit them they should reach
them at their place through their own mode of transport; also the self styled
god men should be barred from doing public gatherings and addressing at any
place other than their own ashram; also all the
self styled god men should submit the monthly returns of income and
expenditure for the government; the income received should be allowed to
expenditure for the religious purposes only and certainly not for buying
properties/ buying luxury goods for the comfort of the self styled god men or
their kin; any self styled god men try to violate should be treated as a
criminal act and should be imprisoned; as the recent incidents indicates that
majority of the self styled god men are either school dropouts or some small
time criminals and are changed to the “avatar “ of so called self styled god
men with good orator ship to the innocent illiterate people and started their
carrier and promoted themselves with the help of local politicians and in some
instances local bureaucrats and expand their
Public Relation network and are basically for networking and to to
increase their net income in the name of special powers and social service and
enjoying with such money luxuriously by all means wine & women and in some
cases they are acting as pimps to get their work done by supplying the innocent
girls trapped & black mailed by these anti socials covered under self styled
god men running the sex rackets for high level prostitution, smuggling of ganja
and other narcotics and also in the antiques trade; majority of the self styled
god men are involved in illegal and illegitimate acts hence government must
urgently initiate the above said measures to save the innocent people not to
fall under the trap of these self styled god men; also government must set up
propaganda in all villages and wards apart from propaganda in the print and
electronic media about these acts and how to be careful not to get attract to
these false anti social elements in the cover of self styled god men; this
measure is necessary that because of majority of the anti social activities are
done by the so called self styled god men by declaring the titles “swami“,
“baba” etc bringing a degraded view for the real social service
doing by age old traditional mutts and
the religious institutions which are carrying the “parampara” i.e carrying the
traditions from several hundreds of years for generations are being lowered in
the view of the people for the wrong acts of these crook elements of majority
of the self styled god men; also government must allow only those self styled god men who are
well educated / qualified and propaganda of best to the people in a scientific
way accepted universally; Also government must make it mandatory that all the
self styled god men should apply for registration to the religious high power
committees of their respective religion for propaganda of the religion, only
those registered should be allowed to be like a self styled god men; these high power religious committees are
from national level to mandal level comprising of elders, senior scholars
retired priests and hereditary age old matts/institutions of reputation heads/representatives from the respective religions for scrutiny
and assessment; all the above measures
will are necessary to restore confidence in people in the religion.
40. NEED FOR BANNING
THE MAGI CURE; ADVERTISEMENTS OF MAGIC CURE? NEED FOR RESOLVING ISSUES LIKE
HEATH CARE THROUGH SCIENTIFIC PROVEN METHODS; THE FINANCIAL ISSUES THROUGH
APPOINTMENT & ADVISE OF FINANCIAL COUNCILLORS WHO ARE TRAINED EXPERTS IN
RESOLVING FOR ALL SECTIONS OF PEOPLE
40.1.
Since
majority of the self styled god men/ babas /women will claim to have magi cure
by hitting with ropes or beating with slippers or cutting the lemon or burning
with hot metal sticks/objects or by offering the ashes by creation of magic etc
etc pretending that the illness or the issues will be resolved; in fact it is
nothing but fooling the innocent people; yes in some cases there are reliefs in
the individuals it is only and only due to the belief/faith that since they
have approached these magical people they feel they are going to be relived,
only such strong self belief will certainly useful in curing illness or showing
some solution to the issues through own thought process (which is fact and
believed by many scientists); also by the practise of treatment of illness by
in these fashion should be completely banned by the government will non bail
able offence on the people who performs as well who propagandas such un
scientific beliefs which are the causes of prolonged illness and deaths of
innocent people; yes there exists cosmic
energy in the universe for the betterment of people by infusion of positive
thinking which will provide the solution to many issues; not the above methods
of magic cures the diseases /illness; as
such government must allow only such practices by the self styled god men which
will infuse only positive thinking without any bodily harm (yoga, breathing
exercises or meditation or preaching on how to practice god healthy habits and
good food eating etc should be allowed) without any negative approach of what
so ever in nature in the process curing the illness or providing solution for
the issues; also government must make appropriate propaganda in the villages
and wards that going for treatment to such health treatments by babas /god men
is illegal.
40.2.
Also it will be more ideal appropriate and
necessary that government must make it mandatory that all the government/
private business establishments must compulsorily maintain one financial counsellor
for a people of 100 strength in the office or a jointly appoint one financial
counsellor in all business complexes for advising the employees and the
individuals on financial management, savings , how to overcome their stressed
financial situation / financial crunch etc by a senior retired bank employees/
financial institutions who are trained in the financial counselling to satisfy every individual who approaches
them with their issues and resolve them appropriately in a scientific feasible
methods by advising them in managing their income & expenditure, the
savings in mutual funds, shares, etc like a doctor for treatment of cure these
financial councillors should advise the people in uniform scientific way
throughout the country; these financial counselling should be free for all the
employees or a nominal token fee of Rs 10 or so (if offered feely there will
not be value to the suggestions); all the training, salary and other expenses
of the financial councillors should be barred by the government organisation or
private corporate or business establishment; also government must establish
such financial councillors in every mandal in appropriate number in the mandal
revenue offices office for the common public; the above methods on
implementation will certainly bring the betterment of the society as well as people.
41. NEED FOR REGULATION
OF RELIGION RELATED ALLIED SERVICES LIKE
VASTU, ASTROLOGY, PALMISTRY, GEMMOLOGY ETC BY ISSUING CERTIFICATION FOR
PRACTICE BASED ON THEIR KNOWLEDGE IN
THOSE RESPECTIVE FIELDS THROUGH A SIMPLE TEST FOR THEIR KNOWLEDGE IRRESPECTIVE
OF THEIR EDUCATION FOR ENSURING PEOPLE ARE NOT CHEATED
41.1.
It
is a fact that majority of the allied fields to religion like astrology, vastu,
palmistry, gemmology etc are in fact based on some scientific calculations in
more or less based on thumb rules; and many people believe that these will certainly
extend good to them mostly due to their belief on the achievement of success
and also in fact are mostly scientific if correctly assessed and utilised the
essence as these act as a catalysts to boost the confidence, morale and thought
process to achieve the desired through appropriate ways and means; but
unfortunately since many people feel shortcuts to the solutions for issues
without going to the root cause and eliminating the issues in a scientific way
(like health care through hospital cure; financial issues through financial
management through taking financial counselling by experts in finance etc)
approach everyone on the streets with such name boards like astrology,
palmistry or vastu etc; in order to en-cash the weakness of the peoples weakness
many people who are not trained in those fields like vastu, astrology,
palmistry etc with just half knowledge achieved through various means are
posing as consultants (majority of them are mediocre) in those fields and cheating innocent people
(sometimes some things may happen due to the sheer luck of the visiting people
due their self belief on the success or due to their hard efforts which will be
en-cashed by these half knowledge (mediocre) people by mouth publicity putting
these success of some people in their credit); also due to these half knowledge
people the entire professions and the
trained experts in the profession are getting degrade and also the religion is
at stake; in order to set right these issues government must make it mandatory
that for practice of the professions like “ vastu, astrology, palmistry,
gemmology, etc should get registration certificate from the government for
practice by appearing & passing of a simple knowledge test in that
particular field; also government must issue an professional ID card as well as
letter pads for prescription for the profession and there should be a
professional ombudsman system for all such professions for judging the wrong
assessments and wrong advises and awarding punishments for doing so; also government
must make stringent punishments for practicing of these professions
without any government certification and
government ID card; all the above methods will bring standards in the
respective professions and also will up hold the dignity of the religion.
42. NEED FOR PROTECTION
AND PRESERVATION OF ANCIENT RELIGIOUS WORSHIP PLACES OF ARCHAEOLOGICAL
IMPORTANCE PRESERVING THE SCULPTURES, THE PAINTINGS AND MAKING AS GREAT ASSETS
OF NATION, MEASURES FOE RELIGIOUS TOURISM
Since our Indian
tradition and culture are in existence from the ancient period and most of the
religious worship places are built by various rulers of that times hundreds of
years back, which are of historic and religious importance; but due to lack of
appropriate care and maintenance the state governments and the religious boards
and the archaeological departments making the precious assets of the country ruining
to dust; it is high time that government identify all the ancient worship
places of religious importance to be taken care through the government fund
(religious corpus fund) for preserving the ancient sculptures art and also the
ancient paintings for the future generations; since these arts, sculptures and paintings are rare, unique and of its
kind in the World and are found no ware in the World.
43. NEED FOR PROTECTION
OF TRIBAL RELIGIOUS CULTURES AND TRADITIONS; PROMOTION OF TRIBAL ART AND
CULTURE
Since our country
has a very rich tribal population (near about 10 % of the total population)
spread across the country mostly located in the hilly areas; all the tribal’s
habitations are located mainly close to nature in the green lush forests has a
special religious traditions and customs which are unique and close to nature;
in the name of modernisation and in the name of development governments are
indirectly forcing the tribal’s to get displaced from their original
habitations and are under compulsions to move to the towns and cities mostly as
the labourers and workers; in this process the rich tribal culture and art
being endangering; as such government must ensure to promote and preserve the
traditional tribal religious culture ensuring no interference of any sections
of people in these tribal areas and also should strictly ban the propaganda
of religious conversions (it is the prerogative
of people to choose the religion of the choice but government must ensure the
original tribal cultures and traditions are intact at all times for centuries
to come) and also construction of any religious worship places of any religion
in the tribal habitations or vicinity of the tribal habitations (only after the
approval of majority people in that area); ensuring the original tribal worship
places and practise are intact, preserved, which are being carry forwarding
from generation till date need to be preserved for future generations as well.
44. NEED FOR CREATING
FACILITIES LIKE STAY, DRINKING WATER AND SANITATION ETC AT EACH WORSHIP CENTRES
AT THE PILGRIMAGE CANTERS; NEED FOR TAX CONCESSIONS FOR INFRASTRUCTURE CREATION
AT THE PILGRIMAGE CENTRES; NEED FOR USE OF ALTERNATIVE ENERGY SOURCES IN THE
RELIGIOUS CENTRES; NEED FOR CREATION OF HORTICULTURE AND FLORICULTURE AT
RELIGIOUS CENTRES; NEED FOR RISING OF GREENERY WITH MEDICINAL PLANTS IN THE
RELIGIOUS CENTRES
44.1.
Since
religious piligmerage is happing from ages and will continue for generation as
different places has different energies and importance as per the religious
mythology and for various other reasons; every years crores of piligemergs
visit different places across the country; in order to ensure that devotees are
taken care government must ensure adequate stay arrangements are made (mass
dormitories for the BPL families) and mandatorily every worship place the
minimum facilities like clean & safe drinking water (through water filters
with regular and periodic cleaning and maintenance); also separate toilets for
both men & women and both Indian and western style for catering the needs
of all sections of the devotees; in addition government must make that the
toileting in public areas (open areas) in the vicinity of the as an offence ; also government must ensure
that the all the drainages & sewages are closed and piped in the
surroundings and approach to the peligemerage and worship place have a puccka
concrete or cemented roads from the main road; government must provide full tax
concession for the infrastructure creation for the worship places and
peligmerage places on service tax, the sales tax, vat etc to ensure the cost is
under the limit; Also government must ensure that all the kitchens in the
worship places and religious institutions uses the solar energy or other
alternative methods of energy at least 30 % of the total usage; Also government
must ensure that all the worship places and piligmerage places where ever should rise the floriculture
and medicinal plants, in case of space limitation then through the hydroponics
for growing in vertical or combine floriculture for few nearby worship centres
apart from rising the medicinal value plants in all religious institutions and
worship places as a mandatory condition;
this will not only provide the supply of fresh flowers for the rituals but also
provides the fresh air with medicinal values through the plants, also the
greenery with colourful flowers truly creates a very pleasant feeling ; all these
will add to the spiritual strengths in the worship places.
45. NEED FOR TRAINING
OF GUIDES AT THE PILGRIMAGE CENTRES; ISSUE OF ID CARDS FOR THE GUIDES. NEED FOR
PROMOTION OF RELIGIOUS TOURISM/PILGRIMAGE; NEED FOR PROMOTION OF HANDICRAFTS OF
THE REGION AT THE PILGRIMAGE CENTRES
45.1.
Since
religious tourism is increasing government must ensure that the visitors needs
are taken care well, government must provide training for the people who wish
to act as guides in the pilgrim places in different subjects like the historic
importance of the place; built by whom, what are special architectural
importance etc in addition to speaking in the English, Hindi and also in one of
the regional language; also the behaviour with the tourists and about first aid
in case of emergency for the senior citizens and children as majority of the
religious tourism are performed by elders; Also government must encourage the
religious tourism with tie up with different places of worship as well as
religious institutions within the state as well as interstate and provide
packages with concessions for the senior citizens will certainly be useful for
every family; also government must promote the handicrafts and handlooms of the
state in every religious pilgrimage centres in that state; these above methods
will ensure that all the people of different sections are benefited through the
religious tourism or pilgrimage promotion in one or the other way.
46. NEED FOR REGULATING
THE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED IN THE RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS FOR CURE OF VARIOUS
DISEASES (HERBAL, UNANI ETC)
46.1.
Since
many religious institutions and self styled babas/ gurus are coming with their
own products of different nature including health care products mostly herbal
& unani, government must allow promotion of such products only on the
successful clinical trial and on obtaining the certification for safe
medication by the appropriate government regulatory authorities; also should be
strictly prohibited from the propaganda in the religious functions and
meetings; what all should be permitted is the need for use of a herbal and
unini products and their importance and certainly should not endorse any brand;
also government must ban endorsement of any product whether it is a health care
product or any other product should not endorse or promoted by any
spiritual/religious institution or individual self styled god men/women; also
government must ensure all products manufactured by the religious trust group should have certification from appropriate
concerned authorities; also all the
religious institutions should be barred from manufacture of any products; also
the self styled god men/gurus /babas who preaches /advocates religion should be
barred from being a member in the manufacturing products of health care
anywhere in India or abroad, also should be barred from endorsing any brand of
the health care products or any other products.
47. NEED FOR BANNING
NGOS’, TRUSTS REGISTERED FOR SOCIAL SERVICE OR OTHER PURPOSES FROM PROPAGANDA
OF RELIGION IN ANY MANNER
47.1.
Also
government must ensure that each trusts registered with a specific purpose will
adhere to that purposes only; also government must ban all other NGO’s who are
doing social service from making any religious propaganda or endorsing an
religion or any self styled god men /women; in order to protect the sanctity of
the NGO’s serving the social services, otherwise there every danger of
religious conversions and people falling in the traps of the self styled god
men.
48. NEED FOR CREATION
OF RELIGIOUS CORPUS FUND TRUST BY THE
GOVERNMENT; MANDATORY CONTRIBUTION OF 4/5 OF THE TOTAL FUNDS COLLECTED BY THE
RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS TO THE CORPUS FUND AFTER BASIC EXPENDITURE FOR DAILY
ROUTINE ACTIVITIES; NEED FOR MANDATORY AUDIT OF ALL RELIGIOUS TRUSTS
48.1.
It
is most ideal and appropriate that government constitute /form a religious
corpus fund trust to collect and pool up the funds for the better religious
activities and also for ensuring proper utilisation of the funds by the
religious trusts; government in addition
to the collection of religious tax from the business houses and the employees
government must make it mandatory that all the religious trusts running in the
country for the purpose of religion should compulsorily deposit 4/5 of the
total fund to the corpus fund after deducting the basic expenditure for the
daily activities; all religious trust funds collected should be kept in a
separate account as per the religion; government will spend the fund collected
through that particular religious trusts should be spent only to those religious
activities or as proposed by their religious heads in the government ; but the
fund collected by the government from the business houses and the employees
should be spent as per the percentage of population of religion in the country/area; also government must make it
mandatory that all the religious trusts are subjected to audit by government appointed auditors and also the
religious trusts are subjected to RTI by those particular religion people only;
all the above activities ensures that all the money collected by religious
trusts and the self styled god men for the purpose of the religious propaganda
or social service are routed through the government and for appropriate use
without any scope for corrupt practise up holding the trust of the donors as well
as people.
49. NEED FOR CORPORATE
RELIGIOUS RESPONSIBILITY MAKING MANDATORY CONTRIBUTION OF 0.30% OF TURNOVER FOR
THE RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES BY EXTENDING THE CONTRIBUTION TO THE CORPUS FUND; NEED
FOR COMPLETE TAX CONCESSION FOR FUND DONATION BY INDIVIDUALS TO THE RELIGIOUS
TRUSTS / CORPUS FUND
49.1.
Since
all sections of people work in the business houses and also all their turnovers
and profitability depends up on the work output of the employees who belong to
different religions and each employees work put put depends up on the
confidence level the employee possess and the peace of mind the employee possess
irrespective of any odds can be mostly achieved through the attending the
worship places of their respective religions as religion & worship; in
these circumstances in order to ensure that the employees get absolute piece of
mind and confidence, appropriate thought process through the spiritual energy,
all the worship places need to be maintained in that manner to provide such
energies; in order to create such an atmosphere in the worship places needs
funds to take care of the needs to create /upgrade the infrastructure as well
funds for performing rituals; since government alone cannot take this gigantic
task the government must involve the private business establishments in this
process for the common good in the larger interest of the people of the
country, prosperity of the country through the economic growth thus making all
the business establishments flourish; in order to achieve this government must
introduce religious tax to the tune of 0.3% of the turnover to the business
establishments (all corporate establishments) to contribute to the government
religious fund; the fund should be used proportionate to the religious
population in the country; also as per the number of the religious worship
places in the states and districts and also as per the urgency of need to
repair and modernisation based on the number of visitors to these worship
places; Also government must levy 0.2% of the total gross salary or income as the religious tax for all the people who
are working class or the income tax payers towards the religious tax; Also
government must make 100 % tax exemption for all these religious contributions
in addition government must also provide 100 % tax relief for all additional
contributions by any individuals to the religious fund for creation of better
religious & spiritual atmosphere in the country for betterment, prosperity
of country.
50. NEED FOR REGULATING
RELIGION PROPAGANDA / USE OF RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS IN THE POLITICS CUTTING
ACROSS RELIGIONS
50.1.
Since
it is fact that every elected representative whether they represents the GP or
the parliament was answerable to and elected by people living in that territory
representing all castes and religions; in these circumstances all political
parties and independent candidate in the electoral politics should be barred
from seeking votes in the name of religion or any propaganda of any particular
religion and also receiving any fund for the party or individual candidate form
any religious institution or place of worship; also government must ban keeping
of political leaders flexes and advertisement in any print or electronic media
the propaganda of any religion or during any special occasion in the vicinity
of the religious institution or place of worship by any particular religion
with in 10 km radius of the religious institute or pilgrimage centre citing any
religious name either praising or criticizing; all the above measures not only
useful in establishing the communal harmony but also bring sanctity to the
worship place or pilgrimage place.
51. NEED FOR COMPLETE
BAN OF RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS/ PRIESTS/ SELF STYLED GOD MEN/ SPIRITUAL GURUS
ENDORSING POLITICAL PARTIES/ GOVERNMENT PROGRAMMES; ALSO COMPLETE BAN ON
POLITICAL PARTIES ENDORSING THE RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS
51.1.
Since
India is a democratic country with people belong to various religions are living it is necessary for the
government to protect the interest of every citizen of the country; in this
regard in case of the religious / spiritual gurus endorsing the political party
or the policies of the government (present ruling or once upon a time ruled) or
fight for establishing laws in the government endorsing the political and
social movements (which are out of preview of religion & spiritualism or
health care activity just using their clout and public following) or endorsing
the candidates in the electoral fray by directly sharing the dias in the
political addressing functions or indirectly in there magazines or literature
or entrusting the other trust members or their “ so called chelas” to
propaganda should be completely banned should be made as non bail able criminal
offence with stringent punishments for violation; the government must frame
laws in such a manner that in case of any recorded violation of any religious
guru or any trust board member of the religious institute or the self styled
god men should lead to the suspension of the trust activities and freezing of
the bank accounts as well as the sealing of the religious institution without
the need for the court to order; also the religious trust board members can
approach the court to prove their innocence in case not guilty with equal
stringent punishment for the law enforcement authorities for any false case;
this method will certainly ensure that there will be separate identities for
the religion and the politics and the scope for religious influence in the
political arena for the smooth conduct of fair free and un biased polls for
better democracy.
52. NEED FOR
MAINTENANCE OF RELIGIOUS BELIEFS AND SECULAR VALUES BY PUBLIC REPRESENTATIVES
AND CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITIES; LAW ENFORCING HIGHER BUREAUCRACY FOR COMMUNAL
HARMONY
52.1.
Since
the government of India is a secular government with constitution endorses the
secularism and also since almost 1/5 of the population it is necessary to for
the government to protect the sentiments and feelings of very religion equally;
since the government consists of legislature, administration and judiciary which consists of representation from
different religions and religious beliefs of their own; in this context
government must ensure that all the three wings of government will exhibit
absolute secularism in their public life; i.e every individual belong to these
sections can practice absolute freedom of his choice of religion and
participate in his own place; but as far as public offices are concerned either
they should keep all the religious portraits or no portraits at all in their
individual office rooms; also government must ban media exhibiting video/photo or writing
regarding the personal visits of people belong to these three sections to any religious
worship places as a news item; also government must ban people belong to these
three sections in service should be barred from going for opening of any
religious ceremony/ function of any religion as they are in their respective chair to serve all people
in their respective jurisdiction /territory where different religious people
live and by attending the religious functions will certainly lead to bias
towards one religion (it is a natural common feeling); also whenever there is a
government sponsored or government doing
function of what so ever nature then all religious payers should be made
mandatorily; all private functions at the choice of organizers but such
functions which are one religious prayers function at the beginning, all the
three sections should be barred to open such functions etc only then can be a
spectators not on the dais; but if the private functions with all religious
prayers should be allowed to attend by the three sections; the above methods
will certainly up hold the confidence in the people about the religious hormone
and better peaceful society
53. NEED FOR
ESTABLISHMENT OF COMMUNAL HARMONY CENTRES IN ALL VILLAGES
Since our country has a diversified
religious beliefs and our constitution provides secular values and many
generations are are living harmoniously but unfortunately due to some vested
interests cutting across religions are using religion as a tool for disturbing
communal harmony in the habitations and thus the secular fabric of the country
is being distorted which were happened in the past and also happing at present
on & off; due to the communication revolution and social media the exaggerated
roamers may lead these communal
disturbances like wild fire; in order to ensure peace is established without
giving room to any such unwanted things and maintenance of communal harmony at
all places government must establish communal harmony committees from national
level to village/ward level comprising of religious elders of all religions at
all places; these communal harmony committees should meet once in a month and
conduct communal harmony programmes by galvanizing all people in every religion
in that village/ward; also these
communal harmony committees will work in close coordination with the local
administration in the villages/mandal/district.; all the members of the
communal harmony centres should provided with yearly consolidated pay of Rs
4000 for their services to the society
which should be paid once in every quarter for meeting expenses; all the common
programmes should be supported by local administration of the government; all
the communal harmony centres should work in coordination with the Gram
Pnchayats /wards; communal harmony centres should be established if at least
one family belong to different religion; these communal harmony centers should
be cutting across politics and political parties; all the local MLA/MP should
contribute from their official for various programmes; also all the communal
harmony centres should celebrate all religious festivals also should conduct
all religious cultural programmes in the villages/ wards periodically; all this
methods will certainly marginalize communal disturbances in every part of the
country.
54. ROLE OF THE MEDIA
IN REGULATING THE RELIGION FOR CREATION OF BETTER SOCIETY
54.1.
It
is a fact that media has great influence on the people, in fact media can play
a very positive constructive role in shaping up of the society and better
economic growth through creation of systematic life of the individuals through
creation of better religious and spiritual beliefs ; media should ensure that
all the self styled god men/women cutting across the religious should be
regulated appropriately by educating people not have beliefs in the magical
cures that harm the individuals physically for health care cure is concerned,
only meditation or self confidence building activities or activities which are
having scientific relevance performed most preferably by educated self styled
god man/women can be permitted and also media should ensure that they cover/
educate people for better financial counselling for better financial management
of individuals for tackling their individual financial issues (as majority of
the people approach the self styled god men/women seeking either health care or
financial crunch relief); also media should propaganda the health care issues
and care needed and how these self styled god men are cheating the innocent
people etc; also media should propaganda religious harmony; also media should
impose self restriction not to cover the private visits of government
functionary (legislature, executive & judiciary ) of what so ever level may
be of district or state or national level and also all the celebrities private
visits to maintain religious harmony;
Also media should self impose restriction not to advertise any religious
advertisements (except pilgrimage) endorsed by any of the above related
sections of people, in addition to the complete ban of advertisements of self styled god
men/women; Also media should do propaganda of the traditions and customs of
different religions and also educate the people behave responsibly (maintain
the dress code etc) Also media should air about self confidence building
measures lectures and programmes for building confidence in the people in
themselves, will certainly bring the desired positive change in the society.
55. NEED FOR COMPLETE
BAN OF (CENSORSHIP) AIRING OF THE MOVIES/SERIALS/VISUALS/ AUDIO DEGRADING
RELIGION/ PRIESTLY-NESS IN A SERIOUS
VILLAINY /COMEDY SHOW FOR PRESERVING RESPECT & TRADITIONS
55.1.
It
is very unfortunate that the religion traditions, customs and the priestly-ness
is being misused in the cinema/ television serials and also in the dramas and
the radio programmes and the commercial advertisements etc totally degrading
the professions related to the religion (especially priestly-ness cutting
across religions); they are being shown as a puppets, comedy buffoons etc etc
and taking fun and nasty commodity out of their habits or professional
practices or daily gestures etc etc; the censor boards needs to be revamped and
the sensor laws should be revamped to ensure such nasty incidences should not
be repeated or aired in future by any media or performed live in any show; all
the television channels telecasting the old movies having such “seans” should
be edited before airing such cinemas; also government must make laws in such a
manner such violation (the degraded show of the religion / priestly-ness)
should be a non bail able offence with rigorous imprisonment for all the people
involved i.e the producers, director, actors and the organisation which
telecasted/aired/ published such things. This measure is very necessary
otherwise people lose the respect towards such profession.
56. NEED FOR ESTABLISHMENT
OF PRESERVATION CENTRES OF RELIGIOUS LITERATURE THROUGH COLLECTION OF
LITERATURE, DIGITALIZATION OF LITERATURE, LIBRARIES AND MAKING RELIGIOUS LITERATURE
AVAILABLE FREE ONLINE READING IN THE INTERNET ; ALSO ESTABLISHMENT OF TRAINING
CENTRES FOR RELIGIOUS ARTS LIKE MUSIC, DANCING PAINTING ETC
Since every
religion has its own traditions and customs which are passing from generations
through literature and also exhibition of arts and music; but majority of the
religious literature are in dilated conditions spread across the country; as
such government must take urgent initiative for preserving these age old
literature of various religions under one roof ; also government must make
copies of such rare sacred literature and should keep in the religious
libraries as well as in the web for online reading of millions of people; for
such act government must digitalize the religious literature and also all the religious
libraries and make them available online;
also government must set up training institutions for the religious arts
and religious music and religious dances
for the propaganda of the religion in a very attractive and sophisticated
manner. All these measures will ensure that religious literature and arts are
carry forwarded for generations.
57. NEED FOR STRINGENT
ACTION ON PHIDOPILE ACTIVITIES IN RELIGIOUS TRAINING INSTITUTIONS; STRINGENT
PUNISHMENTS FOR ILLEGAL / UNETHICAL SEXUAL ACTIVITIES IN THE RELIGIOUS PLACES ESPECIALLY BELONGING TO SELF STYLED GOD MEN
57.1. It is really indeed
a very shameful act that child abuse in the religious educational training
institutions by the senior students or the perverted teachers in the
institutions completely demoralising shameful heinous criminal acts ; even
though government is taking action such incidents are happing time and again in
some or other part in the country ; as such in order to ensure that such crimes
do not happen again government must
frame laws for stringent punishments for such heinous crime offenders;
also government must focus on the crimes committed in the religious
institutions by the priestly class and mostly self styled god men making other
gender people to fall in their trap by various means and sexually abusing them;
government must make all acts of sexual abuse in the religious places should be
equal to the murder charge with till death life time rigorous imprisonment;
Also government must make it mandatory that all the religious institutions are
under the CC camera surveillance as directed by the police for the location of
the CC cameras and the recordings should be submitted every month to the local
police and must preserve the recordings for at least 12 months from the date of
recording; also government must make it mandatory that the details of people
working/staying as permanent members should be submitted to the police; also
the details of the guests staying in the religious institutions / guest houses
of the self styled god men should be submitted to the local police on daily
bases as in the case of hotels; Also government must ensure that all religious
institutions run by the self styled god men are
verified by the government un surprise checks by the police in the
presence of the heads of the religious trusts of the government in that area
under the camera recording without disturbing the sanctity of the religious
place for ensuring no unlawful activities happen in these areas
like alcohol, smoking, ganja, drugs, sexual material etc ; Also this methods
will ensure the nexus between the criminals/anti social elements will be
marginalised by getting exposure and also the scope for criminals / anti social
elements hiding in the religious institutions will get marginalised; also this
method will reduce the political, business and self styled god men relations
(as some of themselves styled god men are raised to such a level they ate
deciding the important government functionary postings and transfers and also
involved in the award of contracts to the business men etc); this methods will
certainly marginalise the unlawful activities in the religious
institutions for maintaining the
sanctity of the religious institutions and upholding the belief on religion in
the people.
58. NEED FOR CREATION
OF RELIGIOUS ADMINISTRATION BOARDS AT THE STATE /DISTRICT AND MANDAL LEVEL
COMPRISING OF SPIRITUAL HEADS OF THE RELIGIOUS TRUSTS OF VARIOUS RELIGIONS
WHICH ARE RECOGNISED AS A RELIGIOUS /SPIRITUAL ORGANISATION FOR MORE THAN 50
YEARS; ALSO SENIOR CITIZENS WORKING IN THE DIRECTION OF RELIGIOUS HEADS FOR
MONITORING THE DISTRICT AND MANDAL LEVEL
RELIGIOUS BOARDS
58.1.
As
discussed in the document that the government should constitute the religious
head boards to formulate the guidelines and monitor the religious activities of
the religious trust boards; these religious head boards should be constituted
with members from all the religious institutions which are into existence in
the country for more than 50 years or so and also all the retired professors
eminent scholars etc ; these religious head boards of various religions will
formulate the guidelines within which all other religious institutions of every
religions should strictly and mandatorily follow their respective religious
guidelines; also these religious head boards have trained people with sub branches
in every district and mandals for overseeing the implementation of the
religious activities in those designated areas; all this methods will certainly
eliminate the fictitious candidates posing as the self styled god men and also
all the corrupt practices in the religious institutions and worship places can
be minimised as the religious head boards comprise of persons from institutions
of reputation and credibility in those religions; these methods will certainly
infuse confidence in the people about the religion.
59. NEED FOR COMPLETE
BAN OF GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATION IN DAY TO DAY AFFAIRS OF THE WORSHIP PLACES
AND RELIGIOUS TRUST BOARDS WITH COMPLETE AUTONOMY OF THE TRUSTS BOARDS TO ACT
IN ACCORDING TO THE ASPIRATIONS OF PEOPLE & DONORS; ONLY GOVERNMENT WILL
MONITOR AND GUIDE THE TRUST BOARDS AS EX-OFFICEO MEMBERS;
59.1.
It
is more ideal and appropriate that the religious institutions and the worship
places are out of government administration as far as the day to day affairs
are concerned; also other matters government will only act as a monitoring
agency and a custodian to oversee the expenditure of every single rupee is for
the common good of the people of the country (certainly not for the common good
of select few individuals, the trust board members, local politicians and local
contractors); as such government must make in every trust board two ex officeo
board members one is a government employee and other is an eminent person in
the field of art / literature; and all the trust board members are divided into
four or five committees to look into various aspects of administration and all
committees will put together take a pre- final decision in any matter and the
final decision for implementation of any expenditure for future expansion
should be with the approval of the ¾ of the people in a public hearing and also
by the approval of the donors. This method of non interference of government
officials and the politicians and limiting the authority of the autonomous
trust boards and more authority to the people will certainly be the true spirit
of democracy and real justice to the people and better utilisation of the
religious institutions for the common good
60. NEED FOR SETTING UP
OF VOLUNTARY SERVICE REGISTRATION TO SERVE AT THE RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS AND
THE WORSHIP PLACES
60.1.
In
order to inculcate the nature of service to the people especially the
youngsters’ government must make an online registration as well as a
registration register at all the worship places for registering themselves for
the voluntary service in the worship places for various activities from the
cleaning of the worship places to help in the food preparations to the help in
the serving the food to help in administering the crowed during the rush periods
to the performance of the arts like classical traditional religious music,
dance etc; this methods will certainly bring good habits in the people
especially youngsters and also inculcates the spirit of and joy of service and
certainly help in shaping them as good citizens in their life.
61. NEED FOR CHANGE OF
MIND SET OF PEOPLE (ESPECIALLY YOUNGSTERS)THAT ONLY ONE TIME PERFORMING RITUALS
ON ANY AUSPICIOUS DAY WILL NOT WASH AWAY THEIR SINS AND DOES NOT PROVIDE
REQUIRED SPIRITUAL STRENGTH GET THE ABSOLUTE CONFIDENCE; NEEDS REGULAR ROUTINE
PRACTICE TO EXPERIENCE THE CONTINUITY OF SPIRITUAL CONFIDENCE ENERGY FOR
SUCCESS AND ACHIEVING THINGS IN LIFE
61.1.
It
is a fact that majority of the youth and majority of the people in this
generation are of the wrong notion that only one time attending the worship
places and performing the rituals during the festivals and the auspicious days
will provide the required spiritual energy and their committed sins (smoking,
alcohol consumption, corruption, adultery, pre marital sex etc) and also of the
wrong notion that they will get required spiritual energy to work for the rest
of the period; all these because of the wrong propaganda by the some of the
half knowledge un trained corrupt priests (these section of priests are of the impression
that to accumulate large wealth during the few days and enjoy the rest of the
period) since youth who naturally in search of shortcuts for everything they
get attracted and adopting these instant norms, similarly majority of the urban
population with the pretext of so called busy urban life are practicing these
instant temporary norms (very unfortunate that they don’t apply their thought
that if they don’t cater at least 15 minutes of time to the spiritual worship
and expect by offering bribe to the almighty (donation / offering fruits or
sweets etc) will get everything in life
for free for rest of their life??? pity that they are under the trap of these
corrupt priests and ignorant of factual???); in these circumstances in order to
make the system in order government must make the priests propaganda that the
spiritual energy and the confidence in self gaining is a continues process like
power generation in the power houses and supplied to the houses (batters have
limited applicability, also are very expensive and storage of such energies
require lot of space i.e more time to concentrate and meditate and loose
working time and other enjoyments in life as such kind of stored energy can be
achieved only by the rushies/munies and on achieving such energies one will get
detachment from this material world almost like god men – not really self
styled god men who possess all wishes and some of the indulge in sinful
acts???); all these measures will certainly enlighten the people especially the
youth towards practicing regular worship and getting continues spiritual energy
for better performance and contribute better work output and also make them not
to attract towards illegal, illegitimate and sinful wrong acts and turn them
productive to themselves, to the family and the country.
62. NEED FOR PROPAGANDA
OF ESSENCE OF PRAYERS AND THE ESSENCE OF THE RITUALS TO THE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY
THE YOUNGER GENERATION
62.1. It is a fact that
majority of the people especially the younger generation lacks the basic
knowledge of the religion/religious traditions and religious customs and the
essence and importance of the festivals etc; due the lack of the knowledge of
the essence of these customs and tradition they are just performing
mechanically, for the name sake (in case of custom says to have a fasting and
“jagaran” which means that people need
to have one day with empty stomach
with prayers to the god to make them
more closer to the god throughout the period of time also at the same time it
cleans our body intestinal system for better digestion and better health; but
at present the fasting means just not to eat the food for some period of time in
a day (few hours) with drinking all juices including clod ice cream coffees and
performing “jgaran” (sleepless night) by
watching the second show movies and the listening or watching the cinema/movie
songs and dances); also the application of Haldi (turmeric) by the females is
to ensure more anti biotic for the feet to protect from being in the work for
long; also Haldi is a beauty agent if applied to the face; Also the consumption
of “teerth” (sacred water) is more anti biotic properties as it contains
“Tulsi” leafs which the water intake regularly makes the body more healthy as
it acts as anti biotic in preventing common diseases like cold, headaque etc; Also the “pradakshanas” (moving around the circumference of the
worship place) around the worship place is to ensure minimum walking / exercise for the body
physically; Also the meditation will
provide numerous inner energy and concentration power etc like this numerous
better god systems are in corporate in the customs and traditions as such the
government must ensure the youth and
people are well thought about the religious customs and traditions for
betterment and common good.
63. NEED FOR
INCULCATING ON EVERY HUMAN BEING ON SELF BELIEF AND ENERGY WITHIN; POWER TO TAP
THE COSMIC ENERGY FOR BETTERMENT IN LIFE THROUGH TEACHING POSITIVE THINKING
TECHNIQUES IN ALL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS AND OFFICE ESTABLISHMENTS.
63.1.
Since
religion plays a vital role in shaping up of the individuals all the above
methods will certainly ensure very positive conductive atmosphere is created
for the betterment of obtaining the spiritual energy for the betterment of
confidence in the individuals for the better work output; but since in this age
of technology revolution majority of the youth are just for the sake of
religion attending the worship places at their will & wish; also majority
of the people think and are practicing
with wrong notion that by attending the religious places / worship places on
the auspicious days will get their super natural powers and divine blessings.;
the truth of the matter is that unless one has strong belief that he can
achieve what he wants and focus on the things the super natural cosmic powers
will not help them in achieving their
wishes; the cosmic energy will only drive the people towards attainment of
their goals and achievements if and only if the individual apply thought
process and try in the direction of attainment of goal; in order to have the
thought process in the attainment of goals
one has to have absolute confidence in them self to act cutting all the
obstacles and barriers without any fear that their family or income or their
caste or their religion etc are hindrances for their attainment of their goals;
as such all the people irrespective of age group; especially the school
children/ college going youth and the employees and the parents in every
village should be thought of building the self confidence in them; as such
government must make it mandatory as a curriculum in the education and also as
a mandatory for all the government and private business establishments to
conduct programmes on believe in self to
attain the confidence in them; also similarly government must organize
programmes in very gram panchayt and every ward about the programmes for
achieving the self confidence in achieving everything; the religious believes
should be intact and these belief in self will act as a positive catalysts
along with religious beliefs to attain all the goals thus leads to more
productive contribution to the society for better economic growth for better
facilities for people for better living for all.
64. CONCLUSION
64.1.
Since
religion has a great power in it to shape the individuals for better society;
make them productive, make them deliver the best output in their choice of
field; religion can bring intelligence, integrity, honesty, harmony,
compassion, humanity, sincerity and confidence in individuals to achieve and
contribute themselves to the society; but unfortunately in this modern era
religion has been superseded by the technology as people are of the wrong
notion, it is mainly due to non availability of the systems in place to monitor
and propaganda the benefits of the religion and spiritual worship; in the
absence of the systematic laws governing the religion people are being utilised
in their own manner in the name of the religion by the vested interests from
section of priestly class to the politicians to the criminals etc; also people
especially the youth become a victims of these vested interests and are
completely ignoring the value importance of religious worship and spiritual
energy and are performing the rituals totally mechanically ignoring the
importance of the rituals and the importance of spiritual energy which can be a
catalyst in the strengthening of the moral values and confidence and thought
process; in these circumstances government should streamline the religious
administration in the country by formulation of religious head boards
comprising of age old religious institutions of reputation to formulate the
guidelines for the religious rituals and propaganda; also these religious head
boards should have a branches down to the mandals to oversee the function of
the religious institutions and worship places ; also to ensure all the
religious institutions and worship places comprises of trust board members from
all casts, sects and income groups as per the percentage of population in those
areas /territories; also these trust boards do not have any heads like chair
person or president, only a group of trust board members will be looking into
various issues in the administration; also the trust board should comprise
about 12 members comprising of which two
are ex officeo members from the government side to monitor the proper function
of the religious trust boards and rest of the 10 members are of local senior
citizens who are having no relation with politics (completely non political); also
maintain gender equality at least in the religious trust boards with 50 % of
the women senior citizen board members in the religious trust boards also the
designations of the religious trust board members should be changed as
“ALMIGHTY SERVERS” and also restricting the tenure of the trust board members
for a fixed period say 3 years and only one in a family can become a trust
board member in the life time of their family; also making the assets and
income and expenditure online for the public scrutiny; also the religious
propaganda should be made in a very decent manner by training the priestly
class appropriately and issue of certificates and identity cards to perform
priestly-ness in every religion based on the minimum required religious and
ritual performing knowledge and also fixing minimum salary for the priests
based on their knowledge and experience also providing the health cards for the
health care of the priestly class and also providing the grocery supplies to
the priestly class with low income through the PDS system s majority of the
priestly class are almost like BPL families and are in pathetic condition; also
allowing the low income group priestly class children to have an entry into the
social welfare hostels meant for the children of the SC, ST & OBC children;
also making it mandatory that all the
remedies suggested by the priestly to the people are through the government
supplied letter pads and wrong/ irrational suggestions out of religion should
be subjected to the scrutiny by the religious ombudsman created only for
monitoring of the function and resolving the grievances against the priestly
class, sacking of priestly licence; also making regular check up for the
priestly class to ensure they are not tuned to the sin/bad habits prohibited by
the religion like smoking, alcohol consumption, non vegetarian consumption,
debater /prostitution etc to ensure that the priestly class is absolute follow
the religious customs and traditions as people feel that the priestly class
words are the words of god; also providing the training for the priestly class
in human values like good health habits, importance of institution of marriage,
negative effects in life due to live in relations / extra matrimonial affairs
and say no to those acts ; female feticide etc etc; also making the worship
places as agents of change by providing yoga training; promoting the
traditional arts, music, dances etc and also complete ban of the propaganda of
government programmes or political issues in the/by religious institutions and
also completely banning the degraded / lowered view of the religion/religious
institutions / priestly class in the movies/ serials / advertisements in a
comedy way for protecting the dignity and respect of the religion/religious
institutions and also the priestly class; with equal treatment for all sections
of the people without any special treatment to the trust board members or any
VIP/celebrity or politician except some every important functionary in the
government; also making it mandatory that all the worship places visit only
through the online registration and also the rituals are available to all sections of the people as
per the income group by cancelling existing advanced reservation and only on
lottery system; also all the accommodation in the religious places under
indirect control of government and the accommodation provided only for the
people reserved for darshan / ritual only; also government fixing the pricing
of the rituals ; also government making impose religious tax which should be
paid mandatory by all corporate and business establishments pay 0.30%; also
also levy of religious cess to all income earners 0.20% of their annual income
towards contribution for religious corpus fund; Also government ensures the
religious literature and arts like music, dance and painting should be
preserved by total digitalisation of the literature and religious libraries and
also establishment of training centres for the religious arts like music, dance
and painting etc for carry forward to generation; also government will supply
them minimum required material for daily rituals in the worship places and also
making it mandatory that all the donations and the funds generated in the
religious trusts should be deposited in the religious corpus fund and will be
utilised as per the expansion plan by the concerned religious trusts only on
the approval of ¾ of the local people and the majority of the donors; also reducing the government interference in the
religious trust boards and government only channelizes and over sees the better
utilisation of the funds and also completely regulating the self styled god
men/women for preventing them for misleading people and extortion from the
people making it mandatory that all self styled god men/women trusts should be
registered and also mandatory need to provide the list donors to the trust and
also donations collected should be deposited in the religious corpus fund and
will be utilised as per the respective social service proposed by the trust
boards and also making it mandatory that all offices both government and
private will have the portraits of all
religions or does not keep any portraits at all; similar is the case with all
public transport vehicles operated both by government as well as private like
in cars, buses etc; also making it mandatory that all opening ceremonies of any
projects by the government or where ever government sponsored or involved should have all religious prayers or
no prayers at all; also all the government branches like legislature, executive
and judiciary should not exhibit their personal endorsement to any religion and
are barred from keeping any particular religion portraits in their offices,
only all religion portraits should be allowed or no portraits at all; also
banning the media to cover the private visits of any of the above three wings
of government for protecting the religious harmony and take away the feeling of
bias towards any particular religion by the government; also providing the CC cameras in all the
worship places and the religious institutions and the self styled god men
places and also compulsory submission of the details of the devotes staying in
the religious guest places of these to the local police for ensuring the
criminals are not taking shelter in the
religious guest houses and also no criminal activities takes place in the self
styled god men places; also making the propaganda in the villages and wards for
the people to be educated about the cure of religious though the scientific way not the magic way
by the as proposed by the self styled god men; all the financial issues can get
remedy /solution through the financial counselling by the experts in the
financials field and making it mandatory that all the offices and workplaces

provide necessary financial support for ensuring the better justice to all
sections of the people and completely eliminating the proxies of the trust board
members or elite holding the shops and government fixing the pricing of the
articles sold in the shops ; also promoting the state handlooms and handicrafts
in the religious pilgrimage places and governments should promote the religious
tourism by providing concessions to all the senior citizens for the travel and

services of the religion like palmistry, astrology, gemmology, vastu etc should
need certification for knowledge to practice as profession and ID card from the
government to protect the people from half knowledge professionals in these fields
